Ordered a foot alignment product which was for my husband. On receipt I realised I’d ordered incorrectly and reached out to the helpdesk team. They gave me a code and I returned within the hour of receipt. The product was not opened or used at all.
Upon company receipt they advised there was bobbling and sent photos, I replied to say the item remained unused and as received, I hadn’t taken photos as it was unopened.
The response was that all goods must be in saleable condition, no refund given!
The only option was to pay for postage for the 3rd time to have them return to me.
If you do order and have to return ensure you photograph everything as otherwise you will be out of pocket for order and all postage costs.

Good. Fast delivery. Bought the large leather tongue pads for my loafers by Pedag. Made the fit significantly more comfortable and just about eliminated the internal slip.

I returned heel wedges in brand new condition but the company refused my refund. Now I am supposed to pay for postage again in case I want the item back. This is some shitty customer service.

Two different insoles purchased for slippers and shoes. Both fitted well and were comfortable and eased my feet which were bruised and blistered due to cancer treatment. So good that today I am ordering two more of the cheaper pair for my other shoes.

Ordered heel cups for my partner who has very painful plantar fasilitiis.
The delivery was quick, at first he found them uncomfortable, probably because his foot ankle and toes had swollen and the pain had worsened due to the heatwave.
When he did use them, they did help, along with the exercises and elevating his legs to get rid of the swelling.

I use them to put inside my trainers they give me more protection more than the regular sole put in trainers .As I train alot also trainers last longer

Excellent product which did the trick to my left foot from being very numb after nerve damage to the left leg. Helps reducing the numbness to a more comfortable walk.
