It's my second time ordering from their site and, this time, I chose the wrong size and only noticed after paying. Jennifer fixed my problem before my order was shipped (all in less than 24 hours) and was super nice about it. I will definitely continue buying my shoes from them!

So I got a pair of boots for my cosplay and I love them they are amazing I saw them on a tiktoker that does cool cosplay s too and I got the inspiration from her so I can’t wait to try them on and i would give 1000 stars if i could but I can only give five so here u guys

Jennifer helped with a hold on my card for my shoefreaks order and was extremely responsive (within 2 minutes I had gotten her reply and confirmation that the order would be put through)

My wife usually buys sexy shoes from shoefreaks, but this time I purchased men’s Demonia boots , and they look and fit great. Jennifer was very helpful making sure my order was received okay, and helped me change the sizing before the order was shipped. Great customer service.

Major delays and as soon as I reached out to Shoefreaks it got sorted very fast (Shout out to customer service and Jennifer) The shoes came, W size 7 kitty Maryjane’s in og colour scheme (mainly black with white accents) they are true to size as a W7 and seem very sturdy and good quality. Have yet to wear them out but they’re soooo cute. So much better than getting them imported from the UK. Love love love !!!

The size of shoes I ordered seems big and I asked an exchange. I got very prompt response from the customer service.

Jennifer was super helpful and really patient with me while I figured some things out. I really appreciate all of the care she gave to make sure everything was done right.

The boots I first received were not the correct material or size. Jennifer quickly took it upon herself to send me a label and instructions to send them back and quickly send me the correct pair. There was some waiting period but Jennifer followed up. Thank you so much for fixing my issue quickly.

Customer service is amazing! Jennifer was quick to resolve an issue and made sure I had my shoes for an event.

I ordered shoes from them two months ago and they still have not arrived. When I reached out to the courrier they told me they never received the package and to reach out to Shoe Freaks' customer support. The customer support simply brushed off my complaint and question by saying they were "in Montreal and the package has been in Mississauga for the last little bit." Nothing further to help me even though I asked if the package would arrive and even explained what the courrier told me.

Their customer support is not good and could not even be considered sufficient.

I ordered the Demonia Cubby 311’s in Black, I am a size 6.5 and sized up to a 7. These boots fit PERFECT and are even more gorgeous in person! I do not regret a thing. They fit super snug but not tight, while being super comfy. They also aren’t flimsy and have a solid/firm stance which is always nice on the shelf… I am in love.

Customer support is amazing. I accidently ordered the wrong size, contacted customer support and I got a response within an hour after I placed my order. I have since placed 3 orders and i am an official Shoe Freak lol.

My sister ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my birthday from Shoefreaks and unfortunately the fit wasn't good and when we followed up with their customer service we were ignored and after about 2 weeks of back and forth we finally get a reply saying we will receive a store credit instead of a refund!!

After reading the other neg reviews it seems their awful customer service is certainly consistent!

It's especially sus given the Shoefreaks site brags about their amazing service with "17,000 certified reviews" most likely bots
