Ordered up some of the Adidas world cup…
Ordered up some of the Adidas world cup series boots for my football mad 7 year old daughter. They were the only people with them in stock.
Dispatched the next day but then got stuck from 6th of December until 16th in no mans land. This happens but I was desperate for them to arrive as a Christmas present. Rang customer services and matter was dealt with immediatley by a staff member who then followed up with 2 unprompted phone updates to myself.
Boots landed today - superb customer service - I wont go elsewhere whilst they have stock. You would not get that with any other online retailer - people who genuinley care about their customers. Superb
