We’ve been using shockwave EHR at our clinic, Atl pain institute, for the last 3 months & we’ve been super excited. First off the documentation is amazing & now with the app, we’re able to press record & let the patient just explain their issues. The Ai helps create a nice summary & place it right in their daily encounter. My favorite part is that we can take pre & post videos, then upload them right to the patient’s chart. It’s helped us stream line are ROF & able to create a customized care plan in seconds. Present to the patient & then take payment all in one system. This CHR continues to improve every month and I’m exciting about the future steps how this will connect with our Go High Level and eventually we’ll be able to do ads. It’s really transformed our practice and I believe that our collections are up 10% and no Patient is getting free treatments anymore because we’re able to document and complete treatment plans very effectively. I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to bulletproof their notes and improve their Clinics efficiency.
