I had never heard of this website until…

I had never heard of this website until o saw it on a forum. I checked it out and compared the prices to my local parts store and Shockwarehouse was cheaper. I ordered my shocks and the shipping was very fast. I will definitely buy from Shockwarehouse again.

Had a hard time getting a reply as to…

Had a hard time getting a reply as to the status of my order. Took about 5 different attempts to get a reply to my order status requests. Tried calling customer service and stayed on hold for over an hour and still didn't get call answered so I hung up the phone and quit trying. Finally found out product was on back order. Good product when they finally arrived though.

# 1 complaint

# 1 complaint, they will not answer their phone!
Ordered shocks online and there was no mention of them not being in stock. I got an email with tracking number on two of the 4 shocks. I emailed back and ask about the other two shocks, answer was when they ship you will get one. Waited 2 days no tracking # and no communication on when they will ship. Tried calling emailing, no one would talk to me. Several days later I sent an email canceling the order. Ordered from another company. A few days later my credit card alerted me that Shockwarehouse charged my card! I covered them up with emails threatened them if they ship them I will refuse order from shipper. This is no way to run a business!
