Quick to take $, slow to ship

Monday night I sent an email asking if I ordered Tuesday AM, would the parts arrive before the weekend. Vendor said "Yes." Parts were ordered Tuesday AM.
Some parts arrived late Saturday afternoon. Other parts did not arrive for two weeks.
Each shipment was preceded by electronic notification of "printed delivery ticket," then followed up a few days later with "shipper has package." Only once after the order did vendor take phone call about late delivery of goods. Only during the initial request for availability/speed of shipment did vendor answer the single (first) email. Keep in mind the vendor is only a 90 Mile drive from me...and within my home state. Never again!

Shipping took longer than expected

Shipping took longer than expected. Received 2 separate shipments to receive all parts. 1st took a week, the second took over 2 weeks. These were items I felt any auto place would have in stock.

order shocks

order shocks, was told they would arrive on a certain day and they did not. Gave them a few days, finally called and was told that it would be here on friday. Friday came and went, waited 4 more days and called back and was told that they haven't left the factory. Was lied to mutiple times. no one knows what is going on, even when you give them a order number. poor customer service.

I'm glad I purchased from these guys

Great price, quick delivery, well packaged, excellent shocks. I had not heard of Shock Warehouse before making this purchase. I will recommend them to fellow RVers looking to upgrade to Koni shocks.

I had to wait for the struts to come in…

I had to wait for the struts to come in from Monroe the manufacturer;that took a little time to do from the date when I ordered them. Compared to the prices of others that I have seen,I’d say well worth the wait especially for the price.
