I've used shockbyte for years never had an issue but recently has gone down hill, Im getting an Auth failed error on my panel so I messaged the AI Slop chat bot it can't do anything apart from tell you to make a ticket (It will also call you slurs if you mess around with it), I've messaged support and got nothing back apart from a Automated AI reply it's gone to shambles honestly AVOID them these days

Expensive and shit support
Prices are too expensive, and you cannot go above 16gb RAM. Support took quite literally two weeks to respond, no joke, right after my server had already been deleted. They always have this useless AI chatbot respond before an actual person of the support team does, which makes the conversation feel incredibly insincere. Had a couple issues with the server itself, not a lot, but every time I did have any issues I was always hesitant to reach out to higher-ups because of all these issues with the support. Don’t use shockbyte unless ur planning on hosting a small server, but even then you’d be better off somewhere else.

Unusable Minecraft server
I created a minecraft server and it's constantly having auth issues. I created a ticket and still haven't heard from a human just constant AI SLOPBOTS!
Today I go to my control panel and it says there's a problem with my server I must contact support! What an absolute joke!!! Your customer service is UNCONTACTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Give me my money back I'll go elsewhere where there's human support.
If I could give a -1 I would cuz this is the WORST service I've ever experienced EVER! Just give me my money back I'll go elsewhere, you sloperators.

Fixed faster than Flash ever could
Had an annoying issue with my Minecraft server, but support resolved it incredibly quickly. Response times were great, and Brittany was very helpful throughout the day. Excellent support overall!

Easy to setup
Easy to setup, I screwed something up on my end and Jay was able to refund it to me within a reasonable time, I never got the chance to respond due to current life events but I really appreciate these kind of people in customer service roles

I had an issue where the files from our previous server needed to be restored to a new server. The Support and IT teams handled the situation very professionally and efficiently.
I really appreciate the attention to detail, communication, and effort they put into getting everything restored and the new server back up and running. The team was helpful throughout the process and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier.

Awesome customer support, and good hosting for minecraft
Overall I think shockbyte is worth buying if you're looking for minecraft hosting to play with friends. The prices aren't too expensive and hosting is greatto play on some popular modpacks with friends.
For customer suport responces did took a while, but in the end the issue was solved. Big thanks to Brittany for helping out. ^^
