Great customer service.
I ordered the Microplastics T-Shirt from this site however upon opening my package it seems Cool Shirtz had messed up my order.
I let them know about this discrepancy and Amy was very quick to reply asking for a photo of the shirt I recieved.
Upon providing this picture, Amy immediately apologised and placed a new order for the Microplastics tee for free, and told me I was able to also keep the incorrect one that was sent to me.

Will be buying from here again, thank you for fixing the order hastily.

The company is in Australia and I'm in the UK. No issues with postage at all. The 2 items I bought are very high quality and I love them, particularly the purple spooky hoodie. I've already ordered something else can't wait for it to arrive!

Very good Quality, 100% Cotton and the print has held up over 3 years now.
Only gripe is returning an item if your outside of Australia is pointless, youll end up spending more to ship it back than the items worth.
Would like to see a better explanation of the sizes before I order something, had Hoodies that were ment to be oversized be too small.
Customer service is a tad slow, not many updates when it comes to preorders.
Just make sure you order the right size and youll be grand

Also a shame that the best designs dont get restocked

WARNING - Be very sure you REALLY want what you order! They do not accept any exchanges and wanted to charge me $62.36 shipping to return a $49.99 product. Absolutely ridiculous - never again.

I always love their designs and the quality the extra price is worth it. I also love supporting the boys their all great 👍

Delivery time was exactly as they stated, quality of products are really really high and look exactly like the pictures. I also love the tiny stickers and notes you get with the purchases.

Received my parcel from cool shirtz ftom Australia to UK in just over 1 week, the packaging was amazing, too nice to tear open, it made opening my hoodie a moment of joy, the hoodie was excellent quality, very soft and the design was so much better that it looked in photos, I am over the moon with my purchase and will definitely buy from cool shirtz again, highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly cannot fault them. Ordered 3 products - a shirt, a hoodie and a knit jumper. The products themselves are high quality and extremely comfortable. Although I received the wrong hoodie I contacted customer services and the matter was solved quickly and they even let me keep the other hoodie. Thanks Amy from the support team for your help!

Have just gotten my first order and I already ordered my next order. Really comfortable shirts, fast delivery and awesome packaging plus goodies in the bag. Would really recommend! Shirts are a bit oversized so keep in mind if you want a tighter fit. I'm usually a large but can go medium with their shirts.

Quick delivery, excellent t shirt and hoodie quality - nice and thick cotton with nice clean designs. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommend for "cool" clothing.

Cannot recommend these guys enough!! I went to them with the issue that the hoodie I bought had less cotton than advertised, and issues with their sizing chart. Not only did they change the cotton info immediately, they chatted with me for ages about sizing and gave me an unexpected refund in good faith! They have the absolute BEST customer support team I have EVER dealt with, and of course they have super stinkin' cool products. I am so happy with how our conversation went, I love their products, and just think the world of them. 10/10!!! Also, disclamier, my old review stating that the cotton content is half what was advertised is still live, as I can't seem to delete or alter it, so please ignore! This is the update to that review!

The shirts material seems high quality. Impressed by the design complexity all things considered. The sizes themselves are somewhat large, so if you're looking for a smaller fit maybe consider a size smaller than you'd regularly order.
Customer service was great, had a small issue which was quickly fixed and appreciated how they went out of the way to fix it. Cool company, shirts, customer service, etc. Would recommend.

I bought a crop top and it is fire. oh and the deskmat is also awesome.

Cool Shirtz has great products and their designs are always creative. The staff are always there to help you, like in my case when my package was misplaced and the support team was super understanding and was able to give me a solution even when my post office wouldn’t do anything. Highly recommend them.

Good t shirts delivery was a bit bad but i guess thats due to international shipping.

The im shy knit got finally restocked finally, got it as used many times, clothes are always top tier no issues.
