All of the shirts are amazing quality on top of really cool designs,

only once have I had a problem with a print (peeling) and after contacting the support they replaced the shirt no questions asked, even offered to cover the import duties

**Changed to a 3-star after letting emotions settle, and considering the product's quality.

Bought from the store a couple of times in the past with no issues, and genuinely had a positive impression of both the store and its wares - until what should've been a minor incident revealed a side so bafflingly ugly I can't help but leave this review.

Below is a more detailed breakdown of said incident.

September 5th:
My personal debit card can't make international purchases due to contrived local laws.
I reach out to my sister in the US, transfer money to her account, and attempt to use her debit card, registered to the same country of origin, for the purchase. The payment doesn't go through after 2-3 attempts, likely because the card has been inactive for some time before the order was placed.
We then use her American credit card, through which the payment goes through. Her information has been fully provided for identity confirmation if needed.

September 13th:
I have yet to receive any notifications from DHL, even though express shipping was the only available option due to the order's cost. I check the order's status, and to my surprise, it was canceled the day before.
Neither I nor my sister received any notifications for the cancelation, even though store policy states that we will be contacted in such a case.
I decide to open a support ticket to inquire about the cancelation so I could place the order again, as I would need to make sure if card sharing was the problem, even though terms says nothing against such an event; gifting and card sharing between family and friends is fairly common after all.

September 15th:
No reply from support yet, even though the automated message mentions a delay of "at most" 2 days. I send a bump to the case.

September 18th:
Radio silence continues. I try to find anything on their "customer discord sever": it's dead. I send another bump to the ticket, this time attempting to match Melbourne's working hours as best I could.
In the meantime, a shirt I've placed in my cart sometime before the order was canceled keeps giving me email notifications that "I'm making a big mistake, because there are items in my cart and I haven't completed my purchase yet!".

September 23rd:
Still no responses. Since my sister's older debit card has been active for some time, I place the order on it again, hoping the issue was some sort of clerical error due to the different billing/shipping addresses.
One of the products I've planned to purchase is now out of stock. Understandably peeved, I leave a negative review on the product, and change my positive review from a prior purchase to a 1-star as well, finding the severe lack of communication to a returning customer to be nothing short of disappointing.

September 24th:
Support responds. They then proceed to feed me some general excuses, that the person in charge of my ticket was on "sick leave last week", that the reason for the previous order's cancelation was the "several attempts made using several cards triggering their fraud detection automated system".

Customer support does not "leave a ticket unattended" when personnel is out on sick leave. Responses don't conveniently come only after another purchase and damaging reviews are left, with an 11 day delay.
If "several attempts made using several cards" applies to 3-4 total attempts using 2 different cards, this must be a common issue as many people have significantly more cards, a few of which will have payments rejected. "Automatic cancelation" happening a full week after the order was placed with no "automated response" for the cancelation is absolute nonsense.

All in all, the only conclusion I'm left with at this point, is that I was blacklisted or shadowbanned for daring to use a US card as a "3rd world plebian", set to receive not even a shred of acknowledgment until the store was either paid through a card they found fitting for me, or have potential reputation damage on the line.

Still not sure which one contributed more to them finally deigning me with that insincere response, although I doubt my voice means that much, with the above events in mind.

Would have been satisfied with just grabbing my order and stewing over the situation for a while before probably letting bygones be bygones with only negative reviews on the store, but that response being as insincere as it was had led me here instead.

Tl;dr: Don't buy from here if you're not a local or a first-world citizen, because if anything goes wrong, you'll probably be left in the lurch like I was.

Cool shirts make a statement,im constantly getting good comments. Bright and vibrant.

I have ordered off Cool Shirtz plentyyyyyy of times now, for myself and presents for family and friends. i have never been disappointed with a purchase. Quality is amazing as always and everything is 10/10. the mousepads/desk mats are my absolute favourite and i think i own about 5 of them currently, I’m always recommending them to my friends! cant go wrong with a purchase from here (:

I ordered a set of keycaps from Cool Shirtz, and because of shipping issues and the item being stuck in customs, I never did receive the keycaps. This was majorly due to the tariffs and shipping issues in the US. I reached out about my item never arriving to the states, and Amy sent me a reply fast, and even sent the item back out for a second try. Never did receive the keycaps (which is a huge shame), but Amy and her team did the best they could to solve the issue and were incredibly kind throughout the process. If you order from the U.S., be warned about slow shipping/shipping issues, but the team is very responsive and kind.

The clothing is clearly made well, with thick, dense, soft fabric, the designs are solid and don't fall apart even when they're not embroidered, and the styles available are so interesting all the time-i splurge on a shirt a couple times a year, hehe. For what it is, these fantastic shirts are priced similarly to other online boutiques and imo are by far the best I've found at the $30-50 price point.
Last month I had a bizarre hold up at US customs on one of the last shirts of a new style, so I reached out to customer service-they promptly responded and offered to send it out again with no cost to me, and if that didn't work out, they'd just refund my money! I'm grateful for customer service agents that you can get to and speak with with relative ease (rather unlike the increasing number of companies handing the job to the robot). I just can't get over these designs-so creative and campy and cute but with a real dark edge sometimes. One of my fave clothing shops on the Internet!
(Seriously, I cannot emphasize enough how smooth and prompt the customer service process went. That might be the best part of my order, which is saying something considering how sick my shirt is lol)

Super quick shipping ! Within the week sent all the way to the UK is pretty dang fast :D order 2 jumpers and both packaged in there own zip lock bags which is nice since one is a gift :) great quality too and happy with the size as I was a lil worried but perfect slouchy fit !

Fast shipping, good package and very high quality clothing products with a decent price tag. The quality is actually better than most high price companies, I prefer cool shirtz over every other clothing brand EVER. I don't have anything negative to say. I love the 9€ flat rate shipping to europe and the free shipping over 120€.
