We used them for my sons merchandise. He is a new country artist. The first order (well over$1000) was great!!! So this time we are changing the design and requested their assistance with it. I submitted a picture with details stating we wanted a silhouette of the picture in ONE COLOR. I didn't hear anything for a few days so I went to their site and saw my request was CANCELED. I replied asking why? And the employee stated "because you sent a picture and it's not one color". Smh.... read the notes??, didn't contact me and even TRY! Truly disappointed and I can't tell you how many people we have sent here. I'll make sure they ALL know never again.

Have had Shirtwell make our BBQ competition shirts for 5 years now! the Quality of the logo is excellent, the staff (when I've needed to talk to them is great!) and their prices are some of the lowest. You wont be disappointed-

Very upset. Just tried to order 66 shirts - 20 of one color and 20 of another - both with same design - which was a one word change from saved design. 26 of another color with design they had on file and I had ordered several times. Advertised prices are only when you order 50 of one color and design. I have been a repeat customer but no longer. I feel like it was bait and switch!

After delays with a local printer, I decided to try to order the shirts I needed online at Shirtwell, as they were lower cost and the expected completion date was still before my event (I love they have the dates on the website before ordering!!). I uploaded the artwork and a graphic designer reviewed it and sent me proof quickly. Once I approved it, it went into produciton and I received the shirts ahead of schedule. They look great! Will definitely order again.

Shirt well is one of the fraud company pl don't buy, I ordered shirt,but they sent worthless small size shirt,no response,

I own an all star cheer gym & we have used this company for our team shirts! Came fast, don't hesitate to ask them for a design they do awesome work!! My last order only took about a week to get! I will continue to use them!

Great service for a good price. Was able to order shirts for all of my employees and our designer was very easy to work with and helped us get it exactly how we wanted it.

I was a little confused with the design process using their website. I was missing designs I thought I'd made and couldn't find the designs that were saved. I sent a few erroneous emails, correcting the previously sent erogenous emails. LOL They didn't stress out about my mistakes.

My first order was one that they designed and it was great on the first go-round. No corrections were needed! I ordered 37 shirts on this order.

I later submitted my second order for a different group of shirts that I used one of their online designs and modified to fit for what I needed. I had a black graphic that I needed to see added in white. They made that correction and the proof was ready for production. On this order, 63 shirts!

Thank you, Shirtwell, for putting up with my newbie mistakes with ordering shirts, for sorting my shirts by color and size, and for offering great deals on shirts so that small business owners like myself can afford company gear. I look forward to placing my next order.

I haven’t placed my order yet. I’ll do it very soon. I feel prompted to write a review base on the design service. Their design service is awesome. Emily, the designer, patiently revise our design again and again. We changed our mind back and forth but she revise it according to our request promptly and accurately.

The product was wonderful and affordable. I really liked the customer service and the turn around time was exactly as promised. I will be using them again in the future.

I ordered 50 shirts for my employees. When they arrived, the color wasn't quite what I wanted. They offered to replace all of the shirts at no cost to me. The corrected color was perfect. Great customer service and prices!

I was a new client to Shirtwell and as I learned to navigate your website your sales department and Customer service department did not seem to care if I was happy with the outcome. They didn't seem to care whether or not they had my business, so after my first order, which was cumbersome, I took my business elsewhere.

Great shirts for a great price!

The shirts came as hoped and fast! The only thing I had issue with is just how much they shrink despite washing on cold and air drying but that has nothing to do with the great print quality and amazingly fast shipping speed.
