long delivery time
Ordered a T-shirt as a gift. Unfortunately the ordered could not be delivered within 10 days, although website announces that they will deliver between 2-5 days.
It took sometime for customer service to reply to my enquiry ( I could not find a phone number on the website)
In the end I had to cancel my order and make other arrangements, which was very disappointing.

Pick big sizes!
The tshirts were designed just the way i had intended, and delivered quickly. The sizes of the tshirts can come out quite small, so i would advise anyone to pick a 3xxl tshirts if you are designing a tshirt for an adult. After talking with the customer service, i received great help with adjusting my order which they all did with no extra charge. Great store for great shirts!

Very pleased with tshirt order , it arrived very quickly , the colours and size were accurate and the fabric good quality . Above all for me the length was fabulous as other tshirts are often lacking length . Not washed yet but hoping it will wash well too

Extremely fast printing & shipping, got the shirts less than 3 days after ordering.
Good quality prints.
I encountered some bugs in the creation tool but the support was very responsive and seemed to take the bugreports into account.
Overall I'm very pleased with the service.

Not really trusty company
Not really trusty company. Really bad experience with my son's shirt, wrong printing, late customer service sending out my shirt although it was wrong printed, designing tool is not working properly...

As we mentioned you by email, we requested the complete screenshots of the design, you only sent us one and we couldn´t compare both screenshots with the preview on our system.
However, what we saw in our system was that you added 2 text lines to your design and you forgot to check one of them (the wrong one) so the final design showed us only one text line but we weren´t able to confirm this because we never received the second screenshot we previously asked by email.
Even so, we explained this to you and offered a compensation for the issue, a compensation you kindly accepted.
Again our apologies for the inconveniences generated.

Excellent service. My address was incomplete by mistake. I told them and they solved it immediately. I bought 3 t-shirts and they are exactly as how I designed them. Good quality too.
