I strongly advise against ShirtUp! (Order #106366). I needed branded materials for a zoological trade fair where I work as a photographer. Despite informing them immediately that my order was urgent, I was completely ignored.

Why 1/10?

Zero human contact: The company hides behind AI bots. "Monika" (the AI agent) promised to transfer my case to a human consultant – she lied. No one contacted me for 48 hours.

No phone number: There is no way to explain the situation. Facebook and Instagram are also handled by bots—oddly enough, they respond only in Spanish, which makes no sense for a Polish/English storefront.

Arrogance: After I withdrew from the contract, they returned the money without a single "sorry". Hours later, I received an email claiming that sending too many messages... "slows down their work."

The whole experience feels like dealing with a fictitious website designed to collect money rather than a real shop. When a company stays silent and blocks all human contact, trying to reach them multiple times is a natural reaction. Zero professionalism. Thankfully, another company (MegaKoszulki) proved it is possible to fulfill an order in one day and actually help a customer.

I placed an order for a printed basic T-shirt. The T-shirt pictured was dark blue with a fitted waist, but the one I received was a faded blue and cut like a sack.

Customer service did not address my complaint, despite comparing the T-shirt to the picture on the website.

I do not recommend buying anything from them, as the quality leaves much to be desired.

I just got my order in,

I ordered following parts:
- 3 t-shirts
- 2 baseball caps
- 1 tanktop shirt

From the 3 tshirts, one has a defect, there is a white printline on a place where it shouldn't be.

The sizes are all in L (Large). The t-shirts are fine, they fit just nicely. However, the tanktop on the other hand came out really small, so it's close to useless with my figure.

The baseball caps are 'dadhats', Meaning they are pretty 'floppy' and not firm how they should be. You can see the wrinkles and edges all over, even if you wear it.

The only thing good is the quick delivery, and the fact everything is printed with the correct alignment.

So overall, not to happy with my order, I'm only partially happy with the t-shirts, which even still, one of them has a print defect.

UPDATE: ShirtUp reached out to me, and offered me a refund on the tanktop + a replacement of the faulty printed Tshirt, after showing proof of the fault. They were VERY quick with responding.
It shows they do care about their customers, so i adjusted my rating accordingly.

Decent quality and fast express delivery. However, it is really annoying to see how the number of spam emails from third companies has skyrocketed immediately after the order. This is really frustrating

I bought a sweatshirt for my partner. The print on the sweatshirt arrived defective. No one is responding to my emails. Now I don't have a gift for their birthday. A horrible experience.

I tried ShirtUp not knowing anything about them, when the shirts arrived apart from appearing smaller than expected (xl) , but that happens everywhere. More importantly the printing experience I was satisfied with the explanation on the printing process while ordering, and then the final result

I got a problem with payment
So the money ]were paid, but the order wasn`t saved in the system and didn`t shoved up
The support team and finanse team helped me quicklky and held connection with me, I very grateful for that, since that order is supposed to be a birthday present

Dammit, this was WAY below expectation. I bought the upper-quality t-shirt. Don't want to know what the lower quallity is. The print looks... well... leave it to that. Sizes are very small, XL is usually quite baggy for me but this was like taking on a t-shirt that is way too tight to start with. I also bought a bag - I've bought better bags at temu for a 5th of the price. This is rubbish. Money down the drain, go somewhere else.

The shipping is very prompt, the quality of the tee shirts is excellent, and the prices are just right! Love it!

Unfortunately over half of my order was faulty and the customer success does not reply directly back, the rather use AI Assistant Bots which replies back, but a second email never arrives.
The order was handled really quickly, in the timespan of one day, but that brought the problem the prints did not dry completely and the either have cracks or part of the print is missing. Ordered where 70 products and only 18 are somehow alright.

Great site. Easy to use. Quality and a price is also fine. So far so good.

I have placed several orders at ShirtUp, different shirts and prints. All arrived within 3 days and all perfectly processed.

Great materials, service! Would def work with them going forward

At first the swiftly supplied product wasn't totaly to expectations. However, after an e-mail their service appeared to be flexible and quick. A beautiful product and no remaining complaints whatsoever!

It arrived on time and was good quality. Was very pleased with the product, my only suggestion would be a bit more help with the positioning of the image. On other sites you can choose left/right breast position, here you have to do it by eye and it was a little off to where I wanted it. But other than that it’s great and will be using this site again! 5⭐️

After an initial hiccup with the support everything got sorted out, and the problem was solved. Delivery was fast, and so far our customers are happy with the quality of the products.

Quality is really great! Colors and cloth are of a higher standarts. Delivery was also pretty fast.
If there was one thing I would wish to make everything 110% experience - phone number of a client service!

The tote bags are a bit thin but the print and overall quality is very good! I am happy with my purchase
