They are simply doesn't ship my order. My son was so disappointed as he was waiting for new school backpack. Highly recommend to avoid this site, not trustworthy

UPDATE - The Backpack finally arrived... And my son loves it! So maybe it is legit, just expect to wait a while. Only giving 3 stars due to lack of communication and no availability to talk to someone. When I finally did get an email back it gave me a link to a shipping tracker with no information.

Don’t do it! Bought my son a $60 backpack for school and it never arrived. Got an order confirmation but never got a shipping notification and of course they won’t answer email and the phone # just rings busy. I have a very disappointed 9 year old starting school tomorrow. People who do this are just monsters. Stay away!!

The backpack I ordered is very colorful and beautiful. It took a while but it was worth the wait. The product is very good quality.

After 1 month of waiting still no item.

Don’t order from here! I ordered a princess peach bag for my daughter it took 4 weeks to come it finally came and there’s a slice from it being cut by something on the front of the bag I emailed them to tell they and they didn’t reply I then opened the bag and there is pube like hair defo human hair inside the bag A CHILDS BAG I’ve emailed them 6 times with no reply absolutely disgusting scamming bast****!

Purchased a school bag for my son during the summer and it still hasn't arrived customer service is very bad no communication wouldn't reccomend this site

Shipped a broken product and gave me the same response for 5 months and I have still not been given any information.

I ordered a gift for my son, 10psc how to train your dragon set in June last year 2020. I emailed them to ask when it will arrive they assured me it is in customs. I have still to this day 25/03/2021 NOT recieved this order. : ( feel robbed!!!! ( I am not rich, nor can i afford toys, this was a birthday present)

We ordered Roblox Figures, It came without any code, and it was used,
Really bad experience!

Roblox figures are fake. Super poor quality. Figures arrived broken and missing pieces not in box so clearly sent that way. Smell awful. No way am I giving to our kid. We have legit roblox and these don’t come close in any way! No codes either

Shirt Chic product in website was Takara Tomy B-153 GT customized beyblade. They sent a fake product MQ Funny Toy. They charged me SGD 43 in total whereas the product should hardly SGD 7/-

Ordered a LOL surprise doll for my daughter. Item arrived after six weeks and it was fake merchandise! My daughter was devastated. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Please do not order anything from this website. We ordered a board game. When it came to us, the box was squashed and broken and some of the items broken and missing. We immediately informed them to ask for a refund, since the product is very low quality we did not want a replacement. We were informed that we must repackage the item (which we did with much more protective packaging) and sent it back to them. We took it to the Post office but were told that we are not allowed to send packages to Hong Kong because of lockdown. We asked Shirtchic if we can send it back to their warehouse in our country, but they just said: you have to wait until you can send the package to Hong Kong and only when we receive the package, we will refund you. However a replacement will be for free!!! Since the quality of this product is so low, we asked for another game which just have cards and which cannot break that easily and which is cheaper, they refused. We had no choice but to ask for a replacement. We will never play with it because it is so fragile, but hopefully all the pieces will be there and not broken! We will be buying the same game with higher quality on another website - very expensive lesson learned - but please learn from our experience. Avoid this website at all cost! We are regular buyers of board games, but this is one sit we will never buy from again.
