PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM TROUBLES BY NOT EVEN THINKING OF WORKING WITH SHIPYARI.
Highly unprofessional and useless company, starting right from their sales team to their COE everyone is useless. We have had multiple issues and all were highlighted even to their higher management including CEO but no one cares to help.
Instead of being helpful their employees are highly arrogant and rude.
In brief we have lost around 2lakh over a span of 6 months which we had to work with them.
Attaching a screenshot of the mail chain which was sent to all of their higher management including their CEO, COO and directors. The screenshot clearly shows ignorance of their team, including higher management.
Tried calling them 10 time but there is no reply from their side. My parcel has been delayed and there is no response from their side.
I don’t think they have people working at the customer care, What a pathetic company, I’ve been trying to get in touch with the customer service since few days no one ever receives the call. This company is a disaster.
Useless service I have ever seen. I have submitted KYC docs on 3rd aug 2023, thay told account activation will take 24hrs. After 24 hrs still pending. Again replied account activation will take 24hrs. Now almost 4days over. Still replying same reply. Fraud company

Being a business manager with a very busy schedule, I am not much into writing reviews or giving anybody a detailed feedback. But I cannot help but congratulate Shipyaari for the wonderful ecommerce solutions that they provide to small businesses like us. Thank you for being so sensitive to deal with even the minor packing related issues. I myself have been receiving a lot of positive feedback from my customers, and one of the major reasons for this is your timely and well-organized delivery service.
