I have an unused balance of $46.67 CAD…

I have an unused balance of $46.67 CAD in my ShipVista account. After I stopped using the service, the remaining balance stayed as SVCash with no option to withdraw.

I previously contacted ShipVista support and was informed that the balance is non-refundable. However, this means customers cannot withdraw unused funds even after they stop using the service.

I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (Complaint #24609812) requesting reconsideration. I am simply requesting a refund of the unused balance, but there is no way to withdraw funds from the account.

I recommend ShipVista

We had a really good experience for my team and I. The ShipVista Live Shipping Cost Calculator app on shopify help us to be able to show our customers real time rates at checkout. The team was easy to reach on both phone and email. I recommend them.

Good product - easy to use

We have been very pleased with Shipvista.com. We are a small business and the program has saved us lots of time at the post office. It is easy enough for those who are not computer whizzes to be successful!

I have used Shipvista.com fairly often for several years. I used them recently and had no issues as always. I fine them very convenient and quick.
