I recently ordered shoes from Nike and needed them delivered to Germany, so I decided to use ShippingXPS’s ‘Shop for Me’ service. I was thoroughly impressed with how quickly they processed my order after I made the payment. They tell me items from order can come in multiple packages and you have to pay for each one to ship even if you made one order from one shop.

The customer support of ShippingXPS is outstanding. I've contacted them several times for clarifications on shipping and services, both before and after placing my order, and they've been exceedingly accommodating. They were also very obliging with several specific requests I had.

However, they could make a small improvement to their attention to detail regarding additional services. For instance, I asked for photos of the laptop and charger inside the box, but initially, I only received a photo of the box and the information sticker. This was resolved after a phone call. While they're very responsive on WhatsApp, their replies can be brief and sometimes require further prompting to obtain the necessary information. But they do eventually get there.

Their overall service and parcel handling impressed me greatly. My package was uploaded on their website within an hour of delivery. Their website is user-friendly and straightforward. Additionally, their shipping rates are very competitive; I paid just under $70 for a 2-day FedEx delivery to the UK, significantly less than other forwarders like Fishisfast and Stackry, which would have cost $110-120.

In general, I'm very happy with the service provided by ShippingXPS and would strongly recommend them. The minor issues encountered may be attributed to the scale of their operations or just inexperience. However, their customer support is exceptionally attentive, their website is user-friendly, their processing speed is remarkable, and their shipping rates are very reasonable. I would not hesitate togo to them again for future shipments from the US!

Found this company on Reddit, very reliable and super quick service! The shipping cost to the UK was much cheaper than other companies in the US, took less than a week to arrive! Will definitely use it again and recommend it to all my friends haha

Amazing is an understatement. ShippingXPS is the first package forwarding service I've tried.

After reading a ton of bad reviews about the popular ones, I stumbled upon this one via Reddit, read some good reviews, and decided to try it out, and boy was it worth it!

They answered all of my questions in a timely manner, all in less than 24 hours and sometimes instantly. They told me they don't work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday), but I messaged them during a weekend and they still responded!

I ordered 7 items from BestBuy and Amazon and they were delivered in 3 packages. ShippingXPS added all 3 packages to my account within a few hours of their arrival.

I requested consolidation (which is free by the way) and my packages were consolidated into a single package in the most compact box possible within 24 hours.

After I paid for shipping, a shipping label was created the next day (Monday) and FedEx picked it up the day after (Tuesday).

This is a wonderful package forwarding company with speedy service delivery and excellent customer service. Can't recommend it enough!

Forget the big ones and try this one out. You won't regret it, I assure you. 10/10 for me.

Ordered a nice product online, shipped to the Delaware address for sales tax free! I first tried to enforce my preferred shipping method but that didn’t work well (the courrier’s fault, not mine nor shippingXPS’s).
We ended up rescheduling the package, and it reached me 2 days ago.
All in all, it’s a great service, pretty cheap, considering, great online support through WhatsApp (mostly text but had the occasional call to resolve something more conveniently).

One of the worst shipping companies ever.
Customer service is very deceptive and will not solve any issue. Any problems that occur are never from their end. They will try to blame you, the shipping company, or anyone else but its never their problem.

Before actually using the services, I contacted the support via Whatsapp with some questions. Got all the needed answers and finally tried it out. Worked out perfectly and the shipping cost actually cost less than what the calculator. All in all very happy!

I went searching for a new parcel forwarding service a few months back and I came across mention of Shippingxps on reddit. I was impressed with the rates but I was a little hesitant to use them due to scarce reviews at the time. Rightly or wrongly, I assumed it was either a new business… or a scam!!

Anyhow, I took the plunge and I'm pleased to report that Shippingxps provides an excellent service! In fact, I would rate it the best of the 4 parcel forwarding services I've used to-date.

The web interface is easy to use, parcel deliveries are recorded promptly, the 75 day free storage is generous and extremely convenient, and the repacking service is well done and fairly priced. My repack and mail out were completed on the day requested, and the shipping rates are extremely competitive. And they have a tax-free address. What more could you ask for?

Someone recommended this shipping service to me on Reddit. Managed to pay 5 times CHEAPER than buying the label directly from most carriers-shipping from USA to Korea. I was struggling to find a carrier that allows shipping perfume overseas, and when I found a few that do, their quotes are unbelievably expensive (glad I didn’t pull the trigger to buy thru them). The customer service on WhatsApp is also top notch, answered all my questions with quick response time, the whole process was smooth with zero issue. Plus, the package arrived at the destination earlier than expected, dropped off at FedEx location here in the US on Tuesday and it arrived safely in Korea on Saturday morning. Will definitely come back to ShippingXPS again for my next international shipments.
