I wish 1 star was available the managers are mostly men that go after the women there and they pick and choose who they wanna enforce the rules and policies too as a instaworker showing up even 5 minutes late will have your account blocked there’s no ac in the building i truly wish anyone who does business with this company luck they running them selves into the ground

The people they leave in charge at the site are not professional they let us work through a temp agency and they treat you badly ! One girl favorited me I worked there for a month then they put me on the beverage side in the lead they had over there. It was completely rude. I don’t understand how Courtney is a lead and gave me a favorite but because her coworker didn’t like me they block me and remove me from my shifts single mother, just working extra for her children. I don’t understand how they’re allowed to be bullies and not even have a conversation with me as to why they were not happy when I finish before everybody when making orders

Our team was looking for a 3PL to help our growing business be able to better meet our customers demands. We need to be able to hold more inventory and expand our shipping locations. Since our partnership with Shipping Tree we have been able to offer worldwide shipping, and minimize inventory related issues.

I'm an agency owner that supports 50-100+ small-medium sized Amazon brands per year. I've seen and heard horror stories from clients about some of the top 3PLs out there.

For my own line, I wanted to find a solution I could use and recommend to clients. I did a ton of due diligence before landing on ShippingTree and now they are the only provider I recommend to clients.

I've been using them for almost a year and I'm beyond happy with my choice.

Here's what I love:
1) TECH: Their platform is easy to use and integrates with Shopify and Passport.
2) Amazon: They offer prep&ship to FBA (some 3PLs don't or charge excessive fees). They also offer bundling and kitting at affordable rates.
3) Fees: The fees are reasonable for startups and completely transparent. They also pro-rate the storage fees to the inventory on hand so you are not overpaying for storage you are not using.
4) Team pt1: We are admittedly a small account for them but from the very first call with Alex I felt "taken care of". Most other 3PLs just have a generic sales
person who is doing nothing but selling. Alex wanted to make sure the solution and pricing would be a fit for our needs.
5) Team pt 2: This requires a second point because Jenn, Lourdes and literally everyone I've connected with at ShippingTree has been empathetic, responsive and proactive in pointing out issues to me before I notice them AND beyond helpful at resolving issues that arise. Logistics are never perfect at any 3PL but this team is top-notch and trained to actually resolve issues quickly.
6) Other: They ship globally, have multiple warehouse locations, and their tech picks the lowest shipping rates.

ShippingTree is a fantastic partner that has helped us take our ecomm business to the next level. Their tech is top notch and the platform is incredibly easy to use. The fee structure is transparent unlike many other 3PLs out there and the customer service is very responsive and helpful. I've already referred a number of other businesses to ShippingTree and couldn't recommend them more highly.

Great customer service, always prompt with replies both over the phone and email. I'd definitely recommend the team at ShippingTree to anyone looking for a quality 3PL.

Easy to integrate and the workflow makes everything efficient and productive.. The Shipping Tree is also very helpful with any issues and are quick to react. Great experience!

Shipping Tree has been awesome for our business. We are based in Australia (Coast Clothing Co.) and thought it would be difficult to manage our orders in the USA, but Shipping Tree has made it so easy to manage and distribute our stock with ease and peace of mind. The staff are helpful and respond very quickly to everything.
