Impressions were pretty easy

Impressions were pretty easy. I received the veneers and the bottoms didn’t fit and the top looked very unnatural. I sent a message and was immediately responded to, the next set are hopefully in the works. So far my experience has been a good one.

I am very happy with the Shiny Smile Service

I am very happy with the service that Shiny Smile Veneers offered. My bottom impression was accepted on first try. We had difficulty with the top impressions. Shiny Smile offered a video appointment with one of the technicians to walk me through getting a good impression and it was accepted. I have received the bottom veneers and they look terrific! I would recommend Shiny Smile to everyone I know who is looking for veneers. Thank you to the Shiny Smile team for staying with me throughout the process and finally reaching success!

Horrible

Horrible, might as well go to the Halloween store and buy fake teeth. The tops don't fit AT all, and then they want pics, how the heck can I take pics trying to hold them in with one hand and take pic with the other. The bottom set partially fit but look so fake, I am so sorry I wasted my money. They offered to remake, this is to much stress for fake looking teeth. Then you send a email, you get a ai reply and in 2 days you might get a response from a person but it's as if they never read the email that was sent as it's the same reply every time.

We’re truly sorry to hear that the veneers did not fit or look the way you expected. We understand how disappointing and stressful that must feel, especially after receiving a custom product and feeling that neither set worked properly for you.

We do want to clarify why our team requests photos or videos when there is a fit, appearance, or comfort issue. Because each set is fully custom-made from the customer’s impressions, our lab needs to see exactly how the veneers sit on the teeth in order to determine what needs to be corrected. Notes alone are often not enough to properly assess issues such as looseness, bulkiness, bite closure, tooth shape, or how the veneers align in the mouth.

We understand that taking photos can be difficult when a set does not stay in place, but even a short video or a few clear images can help our team identify the issue and determine the best remake or adjustment path.

We also sincerely apologize that the communication experience did not feel satisfactory. You should not feel like your concerns are being answered with repeated or generic responses. From what we can see, a supervisor from our Escalations Department has already reached out directly to review your case and make sure you are taken care of as quickly as possible.

We genuinely want to help resolve this properly and make sure your concerns are reviewed by the right team.

I just received my veneers 2 days ago…

I just received my veneers 2 days ago and I must say they are even better than I expected. I put them in and could not believe what I was seeing. I haven’t been this happy with myself or smile in years. All I have wanted to do is smile and show off my new look to the world. It did take me a few times to get the impressions right and although it was frustrating at times, the shiny smile team assured me they were there at my side to help get me through it all and were very patient with me even when I was upset. Right when I almost gave up they were there to make things better and it all worked out. I’m so very happy with the end result. So worth the wait.

Excited to Smile Again...................have been dealing with Shiny Smiles…

I have been dealing with Shiny Smiles Veneers for months with the delay all due to my own inability to correctly make my molds and suffering facial injury issues that kept me from following up. The employees and the AI assistant have been so understanding and helpful to finally get my impressions and pictures to the lab and are working on my Veneers now...I am sure I will be satisfied with my new smile soon...I will followup with another review as soon as I receive them in the following weeks...

Solving My Dental

My teeth have been a problem my entire life and I found myself in the position of having to replace my bottom teeth. Since I was not willing to spend the thousands of dollars that was being quoted I decided to not go the implants route and decided to research the veneer went approach and chose a competitor of Shiny Smile.
I ordered an impression kit and submitted the mold. After quite a while I received the veneers and was disappointed with the fit and look. After much research I chose to try again with Shiny Smile and received the veneers in a timely manner, they fit perfectly and I once again am pleased with my smile. The customer service has been great and the cost reasonable, so reasonable I’ve ordered a back up set just in case my dog eats this one. I recommend this company highly.

Impressive

I was very impressed with how easy the process was. The instructions were clear and easy to follow when making the impressions and I received my Veneers very quickly. They fit perfectly and look very natural. I am very happy to be able to smile again. Excellent customer service. The response time was fast and they want to make sure your experience is smooth and you Are happy.

I've been dealing with this since…

I've been dealing with this since February of this year. I got veneers the tops do not fit . So I ask after 60 days of arguing with them to refund my money, so they offered to send me a free kit to try the top molds again, which like a dummy I fell for it. I am still waiting and fighting to get my top veneers or my money back. You can never get anyone on the phone wait on hold for 2 and a half hours, next time almost 3 hours. Emails are not answered correctly. I hate this. I'm still waiting. Don't bother with this company, the lady in the teaching video has perfect teeth ,so if you don't have perfect teeth for perfect molds don't bother with this company. Very sad experience.

We never want a customer to receive a product they cannot comfortably wear or feel confident using. If a set does not fit properly, our goal is to review the issue carefully and do everything we can to help correct it through the available remake and warranty process.

We also want to clarify why our lab holds such a high standard for impressions. Since the veneers are custom-made from the molds provided, the accuracy of the impression directly affects the final fit, comfort, and appearance. If the impression does not capture the teeth and gumline clearly enough, moving forward can result in a product that does not fit properly. That is why our team may request new impressions or send another kit rather than produce a set that may not work for the customer.

That said, we sincerely apologize for the communication delays and for the difficulty you had reaching someone by phone. That is not the level of support we want you to experience.

From what we can see, a supervisor from our Escalations Department has already attempted to reach you directly to review the case and help resolve your concerns. Great customer service

I have always struggled with how my teeth looked. I got the veneers to improve my confidence. When I got my veneers, I FINALLY had that. They were beautiful. Snug fit. They look natural. And I was able to eat softer foods with them. Then they broke. 😕 I contacted customer service and they have helped me every step. I love that they explain why they can or can’t do something. They offer different solutions when/if needed, which is awesome! I’m in the process of having them remade. I can’t wait to get them. 🙂

1st Impression accepted

I have seen in my first impressions as well as my photos, and they were accepted. Thank goodness for the video… I watched it not twice but three times to make sure that I was doing it correctly. And the response time so far at getting back to me has been amazing and quick. Now the wait begins for my veneers to get here. I’ve been so self-conscious of my smile so I can’t wait to receive them!!

Customer Service is not very service like-Don't buy if you have a crown

I ordered these thinking for the first time I might actually like my smile, upon receiving the box, the first thing I notice is that it has a warning about having a crown (which I have) then I tried to use the mouth piece and they are way too big, I have a small mouth and even the smallest one was too big it chocked me, I tried to ask for a refund and they are telling me No because I had the box of supplies longer then 14 days, I wouldn't have ordered at all if I had known that the puddy can break loose the crown.

We do want to clarify that the impression kit includes standard tray sizes, but we also have additional tray size options available depending on each customer’s mouth size and dental structure. If the trays included in the kit are too large or uncomfortable, our team can review the situation and help provide a better option rather than having the customer continue with trays that do not fit properly.

Regarding the putty, it is designed specifically for dental impressions and should not loosen healthy, stable teeth or dental work. However, if a crown, tooth, or dental restoration is already loose or unstable, we always recommend consulting a dentist before continuing. This is also why warnings are included with the supplies, so customers can review them before proceeding.

We understand that you were disappointed after requesting a refund and being advised of the 14-day cancellation policy. That said, we can see that a supervisor from our Escalations Department has already reached out directly to review your case and make sure you are taken care of.

We genuinely want to help resolve this properly, and we encourage you to continue communicating with our Escalations team so we can review the best available option for you.
