So far so good. Had to do my impressions a second time but no problem they were a lot better that time. Great company so far.

Customer Service team is kind and helpful. The step by step instructions and videos to assist in making my impressions were top notch! I can t wait to show off my smile.

Happy to get my smile back! The snap ons take a little getting used to, but the process was easy and I’m glad to have my confidence back. Shiny Smiles was very communicative which was a plus.

If I could give this review no stars, I would. I have been going back and forth with them for an upwards of over a year and a half now, with literally not ONE SINGLE USEFUL mold accepted on my end. That’s almost 2 years of molds that they have consistently denied or declined. The statistics is slim to none. Then they expect you to pay $20.00 for every new box of molds. I’ve followed the videos provided by them, I’ve done MULTIPLE appointments, sat almost statue-like for 5 minutes or longer while they hardened, and still yet- somehow every single one of them have never once been approved. SAVE YOUR MONEY! This place is a scam!! They take your money and refuse to give you your finished product! They constantly send you emails saying you need to redo them along with ANOTHER $20.00 purchase! So not only are you already paying over $600.00, they’re also expecting you to spit out $20.00 ON TOP of the down payment for every denied set of molds they want to resend you- just to tell you that they need to be redone. Do your research and buy from somewhere else! And of course it’ll only let me date this from the last 12 months, not the original date I purchased from here which was in February of 2024! That’s how long I’ve been back and forth with STILL ZERO FINAL PRODUCT!!!

The entire process is pretty remarkable and very affordable. I highly recommend utilizing the FaceTime option when making your molds, they are very helpful and it will likely help you to avoid getting a rejected mold. I’m ordering a second pair in the Champagne color as the pearl was a bit too white for me. They are very comfortable and very pleased having made the decision to buy them.

I ordered for a family member. So far The customer service has been fantastic. They have been quick to respond and help every step of the way. The process of ordering is easy. Making the impressions just right was a bit tricky, but with good customer service and a video call, we got it done. Excited to see the final results.

I’m a very visual person and have a better time if shown what to do/what’s needed, and they do exactly that! From the impression kit, to the pictures they need beforehand. They made everything is to use and follow.

I have been on this journey for a few months now. The bottom impression was seamless. I am very happy with it. The top impression has been more difficult. But, my teeth are crooked and discolored. More my fault. Shiny Smile has been very helpful. I thank them.

From setting up my first set of impressions, to a remake, to experienced advice from customer support and to solving an issue with one set of my custom veneers... ShinySmile had been a top tier company to conduct business with. I was worried at first until I got my impression kit and needed some assistance... they were there! I am loving my new smile... one that would not have been possible due to an EXTREME DENTAL PHOBIA!!! I cannot thank this company enough for making my smile what it was 20 years ago! They have a customer for life!!!

So far at the beginning of this process with making the molds and taking pictures and creating a file for my veneers, so they fit perfectly the service that I have received has been phenomenal and very detailed. I can’t wait to see the final product.
