Hat very poorly made. Looks like two patterns ran together and someone did a rush job cause one side of hat is smooth and the other seen too snug together making it look like a different pattern! Not worth the money I paid!

Deceptive marketing and policies. They will not issue you a refund and their shipping takes 3x as long with minimal communication. Additionally the products are POORLY made and often do not look like what they show on the website. If you want to give your money away order here.

Stay away from this company they are scammers I ordered shoes, paid for expedited shipping because I needed them by a certain date and still haven’t received my shoes or a refund. Been asking for my refund no response. They are scammers Please Stay Away. Don’t Not waste your money!!! Products look good but you will not receive them.

they advertise beautifully, beware! you will not receive beauty!! attempted knock offs of what is being displayed. advertised, offered! then have the nerve to want you to pay for shipping to return what you did not order! they are Scammers!

They are horrible they make you pay for return label which is higher then the product plus the product that is advertised is not what you will receive DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Do not order from this company! I have been trying to get a refund because the dress they sent was nothing like advertised. even the material was wrong. All returns you pay for and its returned to China. I turned in to BBB filed a complaint. I will post every chance I get to warn the public. Daily.

Oh this company is full of BS I ordered a 2 piece pants and top outfit for my Birthday on Jan 7, 2024 delivery time was between Jan the 20th-21ST my birthday was on the 18TH so they had more than enough time so send it. I emailed them on 1/22/2024 to check the status on my Order the next day I git a email saying what I ordered is out of stock okay when we’re you going to email to let me know they never emailed to let me know that I literally had to email them and git a fat ass lie about the item is out of stock now I’m 😤 I emailed them back and told them I want a refund and I never ever want to order anything else from them again, the respond was that I could order something else or they could refund ASAP I’m like okay refund me then stand on your words. To make a long story short I never got a refund basically they started ignoring me emails now I’m starting think you guys are scamming people even though it was only $43.00 but it was my $43.00 you took I’ll never ever order from this site again I stopped emailing and got my bank involved since y’all wanna play games with people money.

I order 2 outfits in December before my bday, I receive my packages an 1 item was right & the other was wrong instead they put a old dress that I didn't order in the bag, I emailed told them the situation I didn't even want my money bk I just wanted the item I order, they couldn't come up wit a returned label so they asked me did I want a refund so I said yeah, they never got bk wit me so I emailed bk plenty of times no email bk, I even asked for a manager to contact me it's January I'm still trying reach out, i have all my emails since December to January & been waitin on my refund, No response I'm paying my money & they just putting anything in the bag if u didn't have the right item I order refund my money bk still no reply, I'm not gone stop emailing till I get a response wit my refund, Never will I ever order from here again bad customer service & I can't even talk to nobody it's all emails that ain't nobody checking & its frustrating trying to get my money back threw a damn email that aint nobody resonding to, I WANT MY DAMN MONEY BACK.

The dresses look very nice on line. When you get the outfit, it barely looks like the picture. I ordered a beautiful sequin off the shoulder formal dress for a very important event. I paid extra to get the dress. The dress showed up a day late. Instead of sequin there was glitter that continuously feel off. There was no train. The dress looked like a dress up dress for a child’s costume. It was made of paper thin fabric. What a waste of time and money. These people should be ashamed of themselves! Do not purchase from this company if you are looking for good quality.
