I worked for them 3 weeks and thay never payed me.He sent a fake bank transfer that he made then he said my bank card is not valid. Should I send another account, which he I took a photo to make sure there is nothing wrong with my bank card. I did not receive any payment!!! I worked for 3 weeks. an evil person steals a lot of money.

Similar to other reviews here - avoid using this company as it is a scam. We paid £276 for an end of tenancy clean and they never showed. Spoke to the 'manager' on the phone multiple times and never got refunded.

Major scam, will take your money and then not provide the service we paid for. Didn't show up and then was rude on the phone when we demanded our money back, lied about a refund and hung up on us. They will not clean, they will rob you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Absolutely despicable service, did not clean our apartment and then refused to refund our money.
Please please do not use these as a reputable service as you will be scammed out of your money!

Also trades as end-of-tenancy-london.co.uk when you call the number on the website you get directed to Mr Plamen Enchev Ivanov Alias “Ivan” mobile. 07463 771 091. He takes bookings and never shows. He is verbally aggressive and deceiving from the beginning.
He pressure sold us the end of tenancy clean service. Took £150 over the phone in advance and on day of clean he said the work van had broken down. Rescheduled for next day with keys left with letting agent. Nobody ever showed up. I called him and he got verbally aggressive on the phone making out I was in the wrong for asking why the nobody showed. He said he would refund and weeks on nothing. I had tried to call him that day to see if they got the keys ok and he said he didn’t know and would call back in half an hour. He never did. They never showed. Had to get planet cleaning, an excellent company in to do a last min job as we could have lost our deposit.
Blocked my number after saying he had refunded me whilst we were on the phone. No refund received.
See other reviews on here. The same pattern and the same guy.

I have reported all of these businesses and both people to the police via action fraud and shall be contacting other organisations to try to stop this man from scamming others during their house moves.

Similar to other stories to be honest - should have checked their reviews before booking! Booked for end of tenancy cleaning for our flat the day before we had our inventory check. The morning of they told us they were running late (we booked for 8am so not like there was another clean holding them up) and to leave our keys with our concierge, however they never turned up and my partner and I spent the whole night cleaning in prep for the inventory check the next day. When I called them asking for a refund they said they should charge me for the time their guys took to drive round to have nobody let them in (the concierge has attested to the fact they never showed), and they never called to say they were having any problems (like any legitimate cleaning company would). I have called a handful of times since and although they tell me they have sent a refund, the are refusing to share proof of refund which makes me think it hasn’t been sent. Thankfully we paid by credit card so have disputed the payment.

Upd. 11/09: just have received a call from the owner who send me a screenshot of notification refund which he claimed was sent ages ago but the time of the message shows it was just sent today. I will see if the money comes back in 5-10 working days, but if not, I will be reporting to the police's fraud service.

This company is A scam they will take your money and you will never have your home cleaned stay away

Also trade as End of Tenancy Cleaning, have different names so people cant tell. Charged £190 for one bedroom apartment. In and out in less than 2 hours. No attention to details, had to get further cleaning in.

We booked an end of tenancy clean at the end of April. The cleaning team never arrived and we were told it was a booking error and they were coming the next day (which was our final day of our tenancy). They didn’t arrive then either, leaving us having to pay an extortionate fee to a last minute service who would actually do the job. We are now 6 weeks later without receipt of a refund at the very least, and all our phone numbers have now been blocked and there is no way of getting in touch. Strongly advise you steer clear of this scam cleaning service as they take your money and ignore you.

Owner of the company called me demanding £95 extra due to water spots and the oven needing cleaning. We did not need a deep clean which I explained but he wouldn’t take no for an answer. He was disgustingly aggressive and threatened me over the phone that if I did not pay he would cancel the job. DO NOT USE 100% A SCAM!!!!

Can't provide cleaning service on time. They said more excuse problem for refund the money and waste the time. The payment Account isn't company bank A/C

Fantastic, friendly and very professional service. I booked shineline cleaning company for and End of Tenancy clean and they did a positively stellar job. At the end, they even walked me through the whole flat, explaining everything they had done and checking if I was happy with everything. The two ladies were super positive, polite and helpful. It was well worth every pound. Would highly recommend.
