I too wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. I was gullible enough to go for the buy three for £60 offer too! Ordered at the beginning of August and so far not received my goods. Sounds like they won’t be worth having anyway! Have tried to make contact to request a refund and did get a reply saying this wasn’t possible as it’d already been dispatched however still not arrived and no response to further emails from myself. They claim they are a small company and ask us to be tolerant and patient.
This has to be a total scam so please please as others have said DO NOT order from this company.
Does anyone know if there Is anything you can do to get your money back in this situation?

Chased this company twice as product not arrived they just try to fob you off further. Will be contacting my credit card tomorrow to arrange 'charge back' Looking at the reviews on this site, perhaps it is better that the product doesn't arrive. I too will contact trading standards to put in a formal complaint

Waste of money.
It did take 4 weeks to arrive I have no problem waiting for a quality product. These are not quality. One pen was burst on arrival had leaked all over the box. The colours are not what is shown on the website to the extent I thought they had sent the wrong box. I emailed them no reply. I still tried to use what they sent but its a terrible product, the pens are difficult to use, it runs everywhere certainly doesn't look like they advertise. Do NOT buy!!!!

Waste of money, problems with delivery, took ages to arrive including a fake delivery that miraculously appeared after several attempts to contact them. Product inferior, colours not true to website, just like felt tip pen tbh.
Don't bother.

I placed an order around two weeks ago and have received numerous emails since but no product and no reply to my request for refund… DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

Absolutely awful product wished I had read the reviews on here before I purchased. The colours are nothing like those advertised. I ordered the Sapphire set and the blues are so dark they are a very dark navy almost black same with the purple shades so dark they almost look black. So disappointed I’ve sent an email requesting a refund and return instructions so will wait and see if I’m successful in returning.

The products that arrived are nothing like those advertised. Watery and the product runs into cuticles. Colours are nothing like advertised, reds and pinks just came out brown. Terrible coverage, patchy and horrible. Have contacted to ask for a refund (will happily return the product) but they are ignoring me. Will be reporting to trading standards as this is a scam, they are not providing what they are advertising. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I’m still waiting for my order to arrive after ordering a month ago. I have repeatedly asked for a refund which they have totally ignored. The only communication I’ve had is the excuse they have changed delivery companies so there may be a slight delay. Since then no further communication. Please do not waste your money on this company. I am now gong to contact my bank to help process some form of refund!

Don’t waste £30 of your hard earned money on these! They took about three weeks to arrive, and when they did and I tried them, they were a complete disappointment. I ordered the ‘Ruby’ set, which were advertised on the website as bright pinks and reds. But when I opened and tried them they were all just very dull dark reds and dark rusty orange and looked like I had coloured my nails in with a felt pen. I only tried three nails before immediately removing, as they looked dreadful and I now have awful stained nails and cuticles. I found a review video on YouTube of someone with supposedly the same colour set as mine but the colours looked completely different to mine. They also, somewhat suspiciously, have instagram and Facebook pages with both appearing to have thousands of followers yet no posts on either page?! All in all, false advertising, rubbish product and nothing but waste of money.
I have submitted a review very similar to this one on the ShineGalore website but needless to say it has not been posted! Their admin obviously don’t ‘approve’ bad reviews. More evidence that ShineGalore are frauds.

I give 1 star only because you have to give something. I’m still waiting for my order. Will it ever come?

Terrible so disappointed waste of my hard earned money. Dull horrible colours stained my nails and chipped within the hour terrible terrible 😢

Total rubbish.

Ordered Ruby set, it was terrible, colours are nothing like what their photo look liked. I contacted them for a refund but got offered £5 off coupon!!! I had purchased via PayPal and raised a dispute and then got a refund.

I can't believe all the positive remarks facebook and can only presume they're all fake. Ordered the Ruby set and they are more like cheap felt tip pens, not at all as shown. Tried to contact to return for a refund but no one has got back to me. If I could have given no stars I would have. Its disgusting how they are allowed to con people because that's what they're doing.

I have now had an email with a returns label and I'm feeling more hopeful about getting a refund.

Even though I returned them over a week ago and they say I've been refunded I'm yet to receive it! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Despite being told I've been refunded over 2 weeks ago, still no refund!!! SCAM!

Really bad. I thought at first they were really good, easy to apply, very good coverage and dried in minutes. Unfortunately that’s where it began and ended. The product after 3 hours of application has this weird tacky film all over it, almost like I’ve put foundation all over my hands (I haven’t!) it’s really the most bizarre thing! I am so disappointed because to begin with it looked like it was a genius product. It’s not. It sucks!

What an utter disappointment and a complete waste of money. The colours are hideous and nothing like in the ad. Application is patchy even with more coats. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Awful, expensive tat. Tried for the first time this weekend and I was mortified on how bad they actually are, I used a blue which turned brown and with the top coat on looked black - chipped so easily just disgusted.

Took ages to come - I asked for refund as they hadn’t arrived but they refused.
Finally came. Colours nothing like they say. Application looks horrendous so tried removing straight away. Nails now stained badly. DO NOT BUY!! WASTE OF MONEY

Absolutely rubbish !! Should have had a bright red polish in the pack and ut was burgundy!!!! Rubbish !!! Do not buy, waste of money, avoid

I wish I never ordered from this sight the colours are nothing like what in the pictures. Am very disappointed in my order and wouldn’t recommend anyone buying them totally wasted my money.
