KNOEI !

Op 25 - 11 kerstartikel besteld op en BETAALD op 12-12 nog steeds niet geleverd !!!!!!!
Dit is KNOEI, KNOEI , KNOEI !!!!!

Er is met geen mogelijkheid contact te krijgen

Er is met geen mogelijkheid contact te krijgen.
Er ging volgens de site iets fout bij het bestellen en moest ik opnieuw beginnen, dat gedaan en ten ging het goed maar had ik ineens 2 artikelen besteld.
Direct gemaild dat er iets niet goed was gegaan en dat het nu dubbel besteld was, en of ze 1 bestelling wilden annuleren en geld retour wilden storten.
Deze mail kon niet afgeleverd worden, via Facebook nog contact proberen te krijgen maar lukte ook niet.
Al met al zeer slecht tot niet bereikbaar.
