I have been trying to reach out to customer service every way they offer and for about 3 months now. EMAIL x4, TEXT x1, LIVE CHAT website x3, LIVE CHAT on the app x2. No matter what they DO NOT RESPOND AT ALL. I have Shine unlimited and been trying to claim but won't let me and God forbid I get someone to get in touch with me. If I could give a zero star I would but they don't offer it.

Worst product ever. I bought 2 and returned the unopened one. I sent about 10 emails regarding the return with no reply. I returned it over 3 months ago and never received my refund. Do not buy from this scam company.

This company is out of business. Ghosted all their customers.

Unfortunately the company is out of business so now I am stuck with 3 units I can't use. Can no longer get cleaning pods required, although I paid for a subscription

I would recommend the Shine Assistant. It works really well and if I had to do it all over, I would buy it again.

I have not found the product to work effectively in my bathrooms. We have extremely hard water here in Florida and this system doesn’t seem to hold against the minerals in my water.

The device is fine. The problem is the pods. There aren’t available and the Shine support is not available. One star is too high!

I really wanted to be excited about the Shine bathroom system. I bought two and neither one have performed up to my expectations. One of them has not worked for three months and no one has reached out to me about the problem, despite several messages I sent asking for help. The charge does not last more than a month and I get mold even using 3 pods at a time.

I sent numerous inquiries regarding assistance with my Shine device issues and I have not heard from.customer services at all. I only receive surveys. So I am writing a review to letting you know I am disappointed with the app and customer service. Also, it is time for me to order pods and the app is not allowing me to order because it keeps asking for ID. I've logged off the app and uninstall/reinstall.

There was a problem with delivery. Customer Service was slow to respond and remedy.
There is a problem with the app, and ordering refills. Customer Service has not responded. So paying for a service I am not getting, and can no longer use the product.

I purchased a subscription for pods, but the website is down and unable to order more pods.

I backed this on indiegogo, and hoped it would clean my toilet.

It doesn’t, and it seems like the company has gone. I can no longer order more cleaning pods, and they have not sent me all items that I ordered when first backing the project :/

Considering that you have gone bankrupt (with absolutely no notice) and are not honoring your commitment to supply solution refills, I think one star is being generous.

The product is great when it works. But it routinely doesn't. It won't detect a flush, randomly forgets that it has already prepared cleaning solution, and now you can't even order new supplies after paying for the membership. The website has been taken down and it appears the company has just ceased to exist. A while back i got an email saying they were going bankrupt... but not from the company. There has been no communication from the company about what is going on. It was a great idea, and a great product, with a very poor execution. Customer service is everything and sadly, this appears to have been their downfall.

Unfortunately, this company has filed for bankruptcy, and no longer valid as a company. The company is no longer shipping the "included" refills that were paid for a year in advance, so when the solution that you have runs out, you're just out of luck. The devices were okay when the liquids were being sent (little vials of solution that was to be electrolyzed). However, they were just okay -- the spray didn't work as designed, and even when I upgraded (paid extra) for the "premium" spray bars, it still left much to be desired in terms of cleaning the toilet as promised. I essentially have two white door stops now. It's unfortunate, as the product definitely had promise.

I have ordered replacement pods 3 times bow and none have come. Not and homest advertising strategy
