ShiftCare promised a smooth onboarding and a robust product, but reality was the opposite. Their team pressured me for payment—calling my personal phone for a 50% deposit—then disappeared when problems began. The software was incomplete, features like the “public API” were misrepresented, and support became unresponsive once I asked tough questions.
