Fantastic prompt professional service
I was really impressed with my Get Capital experience. All the staff I have spoken with have been great. In particular, I spoke with a lovely customer service officer at 5:20pm on Friday (I’m sorry, can’t remember her name) she was excellent. She helped me to complete my online form and guided me through the bits I’d originally missed. She was so kind, helpful and wasn’t in a hurry to finish my call. She is an outstanding professional.

This is the best experience I have ever had with a funding organisation. The process seemed to be 'systemized' and it doesn't matter who you speak with - they all know about 'you', instantly; There is no "I'll look up your files'. They also seem to be available 24/7.
