I just received my stainless steel cross and necklace from Shields of Strength. I am 69 years old and regularly disappointing in the quality of items these days. Not this time. The cross is beautiful and the chain is well made and of good quality. It is really refreshing to see this for a change. Delivery was quick. Quality was well above what I expected. Thank you Shields. Not only was it a special gift and story to shared everything arrived in time for Christmas which was an extra blessing because it wasn't expected. Found after seeing interview on FOX about DoD trying to suppress free enterprise after some radical idiot complained about having a bible verse on a dog tag. Continue your fight to produce what the American citizenry wants.

The cross on my son’s chain fell off when he was at chapel on a Thursday. I contacted customer service, purchased a new one and by Monday a new necklace had arrived. Hopefully this clasp is better, but I’m so thankful it was replaced so quickly!
