Im very satisfied with the entire process of this loan. Ryan Parker walked us threw the entire process. He was very attentive and answered all our questions. He even gave me answers to a few questions I had after business hours. The next day I received a text from Ryan making sure the funds had been deposited with no hassle in a timely manner. I entered into a $6,600 advance with Shield Funding after their representative told me in writing that, after two months of repayment, I would qualify for a renewal between $20,000–$30,000 at better rates and terms. I have since made every payment on time and maintained over $11,000 in monthly deposits. Instead of honoring those terms, Shield only offered me $10,000 and later tried to reframe their earlier written commitment as conditional. This was disappointing and not what was represented when I agreed to the original advance.
