Received my book quickly and free of any issues

I wrote the words and my grandson did the illustrations for my book Magic & Memories and Shieldcrest did the rest. They made it so easy. A month after publishing it is #22 in Amazon's children's short stories for young adults. So I'm so pleased. Thank you Leigh

At the age of 82 I decided to write a children's book containing 20 stories. I had never written a book before and so, when it was finished, I didn't have the faintest idea as to what to do next in order to get it published. A friend suggested that I contacted Shieldcrest and so I got in touch. They could not have been more helpful. They gave me lots of information as to what was involved and a clear quotation as to what the costs would be. They found an excellent illustrator for me and did everything else that they had set out in our initial contact to perfection. The quality of the finished hard and softback versions of the book are first class, it is now also available in six different countries on line and I found the speed with which it was all set up breathtaking. They have my wholehearted recommendation and my gratitude.

The little book about Jo is for childen, but in my opinion also wonderful reading for all those who enjoy a perfect match of text and illustrations. I loved the adventures of Jo in a former Shield Crest publication. This time the story is at least as wonderful and the illustrations are marvellous again.
ShieldCrest publishing is high standard, Ordering process is simple and relatively fast. Even though Brexit creates extra customs for delivery to EU countries the overall cost is still below Amazon ordering up from two copies.

Friendly and understanding

Good evening, I've just received the ordered books. They look great, but please don't ever collaborate again with "POȘTA ROMÂNĂ" (the national Romanian Post service), as this is the most incompetent and inefficient state-owned company. I had to wait for an hour and a half, in the cold, in an endless queue because the processing time for a client is too long.You could better choose DHL or other private companies.

All I can comment on is the ordering process, which was problem free, and the delivery, which was excellent. I ordered the book on December 23rd and it was delivered before 9.30 am on December 26th - impressive at this time of year.

I requested signed copy, no special message, just signed. No signature on book. Not the authors fault, he offered to send me one but poor on the part of the publishers
