Thanks for visiting Trustpilot. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to leave a review here anymore because the company’s website has closed. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Big scam

Be very, very carefull with this app.
They offer a trial, but they make it very difficult to stop the trial. I send an e-mail to the helpdesk and than they return a manual.
1. You have to first find a message that they supposed to have send you with login information, which I did not recieve
2. Than you have to install the extension to chrome
3. Then you have to go into the app
4. Than you can start the manual how to end the trial
5. If you send a message to the helpdesk to end the trial for you, they don't. In stead they take 79 euro from you creditcard

no way out

No way to cancel except fraud via card claim. I asked Slack and asked shield many times to cancel it. Even no longer use slack, but still charging. Don't use this app

Horrible Company

Customer service does not answer. Contacted them many times and they keep dodging our emails when we ask them to cancel our subscription.

They keep charging us money
