I've used Shubui for a few years now and every tea I've had has been amazing. Really classy tea and company in my opinion.

They had the best price and free delivery for the Kinto To Go Tumbler that I wanted. My order was dispatched the same day and soon arrived beautifully packaged, with a handwritten note and a 10-bag complimentary tea sampler that I look forward to enjoying. Really nice company, who sell very nice , good quality tea. I have tried lots of black tea over the years, my favourite being Earl Gray and Rose Pouchong. My husband loves Smoky tea. All of our tea is black tea based. I tried this company initially as I was trying to find a nice vanilla black tea. Unfortunately I cannot get hold of the one they sell in London as it’s exclusive to a particular hotel and can only be purchased via bulk by. Shibui was the 4th company I tried for vanilla tea, and it’s by far the best! I have gone back and ordered again and also sent a shipment to my brother who also loves black tea. We are all very partial to loose leaf vanilla and lychee. Both are very nice , good flavour, good colour and holds a good note. They also smell lovely , which as we know is very important in supporting the taste. I’m also going to try the wild cherry , I’m sure this will be just as lovely. Good ethical company too with packages which can be recycled. Cost is fair, and they often have delivery deals.

It’s like drinking a cup of pond water, it is ridiculously weak in flavour.

I came across this brand after searching for spearmint tea and I have not been disappointed. The quality of the tea is great value for money and it was beautifully packaged with complimentary samples and a handwritten note. Highly recommended.

Brilliant company! Amazing tea quality! And felt very personal! With each delivery (I’m on my third) they send you a wee note and a few teabags of different flavours to try and cup mats! Really happy with this company!

totally love thier earl grey tea. Have been buying it for about 7 years now. it is a proper strong cup of earl grey. And their other teas are so tasty too.

I have ordered 2 green teas and a black one, the shipping was super fast, the packaging is lovely, I got 2 sample tea filters and a coaster as a present, I felt absolutely special when I opened my parcel. Just tried the Rose Congou, and it is perhaps the best black tea I have ever tasted. I would give 6 *s if I could.

I don't like tea bags, and many of the loose teas you can get in supermarkets are not the special tea experience I am trying to create, every day, for my wellbeing. Then I discovered Shibui-Tea. Ordering is easy, they have lovely tea at good prices, super fast delivery, sustainable packaging, send tips and a personal message with the parcel, and it's such a nice team. So not just the tea itself, but the whole experience is superb. Thank you so much, will certainly order again.
