Same as others offers free returns if unsuitable..all lies..avoid at all costs, luckily bought via credit card so claimed back through them….they also told me to return then they refused delivery and the item came back to me…disgusting

Oh dear. I fell for another FB ad. Wish I’d seen these reviews beforehand. I too believed it was a UK company and I echo the same problems the other reviews mention. Don’t FB have a duty of care to make sure people aren’t scammed?

I echo everything that the other reviews have said. Returned the package as requested. Emailed several times. Still no refund and now they are ignoring my messages.

I agree with all the bad reports. Been trying since 3 May to get refund. Done everything they have asked - and nothing. E mails bouncing back how can people afford to loose £35 - I will still keep trying but not holding my breath

Don’t order from this company, still waiting for a refund from weeks ago! Customer service is shocking and product was terrible.. I doubt I’m going to see my money again!

They are misleading customers and appear not top be based in UK. Adress of items sent was from China.
Parcel, tracked and signed for, refused twice at Covent Garden address.
Bank informed.

After receiving the wrong size I sent this bra back, only to have it returned to me as I didn't send proof of tracking number resent this back along with tracking number and laura tells me its being processed am still waiting 6 weeks later for a refund cant seem to get hold, of anyone all emails do not send they all bounce back what a con this place is stealing money of people, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A CON

AWFUL!!!!! Laura emailed to say that me refund was being processed. Now the email address no longer exists!! IT'S THEFT!!!!
Stay away from them - how can they get away with this!!??

The bras didn’t fit at all and despite sending the products back (which were returned by the post office) plus many emails and photos sent at each stage I’ve received no refund and response (emails undelivered now!). I’ve now put this experience down and learnt my lesson on Facebook adverts!!!

A sham of a company. They received my return items on 2nd June. I emailed them on the 23 June to ask where my refund was. They said they would look into it. I emailed again today and the email address is no longer valid. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank

This company is an absolute disgrace. I have been waiting 40 days for a refund and still not received, this is despite emails from Laura telling me it is being processed.
The product was disgusting and nothing like advertised.
They have changed their name to Shes pretty.
DO NOT BUY from either of these companies.
I would not give this company any stars if it was possible.

Just like the other reviews. Sent back for a full refund but postman sent it back as refused. Bad fitting and total waste of money.

Very dodgy. Found the bra uncomfortable and returned it. Was not refunded despite the email promising me a refund. AVOID!!

Do not use.

Ordered items, they didn’t fit. Contacted them by email and was given an address to send them back to.

Sent to address via Royal Mail tracking. Was received and signed for. Then a week later I received the sams parcel back in the post saying it had been undelivered!

Fraud! Klarna refusing to give me my money back as she’s divine are saying I haven’t returned the items, which I did at nearly a £10 delivery charge! Why should I send again at further cost to an address that sends items back as undelivered?!

Do not bother! The bras are bad fits too!

Please see all the other reviews. . Arrived from China late. Article does not do the job. Sent return to London address but now no response to enquiries when I can get my refund. Total scam. I will never buy anything online from Facebook Page again without checking again.

Same as previous comments absolute disgrace. How are these companies allowed to trade. Tried to call no number and the office is in a shared building parcel refused, why? Do the actually exist or just a total scam. I really feel this company is fraudulent and a total scam 😡😡. Pitty can’t choose zero stars 🤷🏼‍♀️

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I'm so annoyed at myself for not lookin here before sending payment. An absolute joke. I received a bra in the size that had been recommended, it arrived and was awful and massive. I asked about the return policy as it was too big, a week later I was asked for a photo to prove the fault !!! I explained there was no fault it was much too big and very poor quality. 4 days later I was asked did I want to return for a refund or a bigger size. I returned it at my cost and am still waiting for a refund, I emailed to ask for an update and was asked to send proof of return and tracking number. I waited a week then asked for an update, again I was asked for proof of return and a tracking number which I sent again. I am still waiting but don't hold out much hope but I will not give up chasing them as they have my purchase and my money. This scam needs stopping. An absolute disgrace, please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I had same experience as the other 1 star reviewers. Just liars and crooks running this scam. Avoid.

This company is appalling do not waste your money items were incorrect and wrong size. Emailed to return received a response from Laura to return to a London address, spent £6 to return when to my horror received them back as REFUSED!!! emailed them back with no response. 😡
