Happy camper but confused with electric set up
I was happy to receive a discount on my purchase and delivery was as expected. It would be great if schematic drawings could be offered on how to set up the system I have purchased to 240 v hook up and also how to connect to a 12 volt blade fuse board for my lights and appliances.

I experienced a couple of power cuts…
I experienced a couple of power cuts recently and decided that I needed to do something
to keep the lights on during a cut.
I have put my Sherpa in the garage and have a small portable solar panel in the garden.
So far the Sherpa works fine.
Now I don't feel so anxious (I am 80 ) about a power cut in midwinter.
In the future I intend to increase my solar panel area and gradually use the Sherpa
to power more and more mains electrical gear to try and keep my electricity bill down.

The Sherpa 2.2 hasn't been fitted yet but I have been testing it and hopefully it will suport are road trips
Very helpful staff with question I had thanks, I haven't fitted the power unit to my campervan yet but I have been carrying out tests and it's all we need thanks again

Solid bit of kit
Solid bit of kit. We have just completed four nights off-grid with no sun for the solar panel for top-ups, but we still had enough power for lots of coffee and hair drying each day. These were the things we missed in the motorhome when travelling off-grid! The app still reported 53% power left.

Outstanding customer service and product quality
Really helpful, friendly, knowledgeable team with outstanding UK-based customer service.
Helped find the best solution for off-grid energy needs, of which the battery is the core piece.
Far easier and cheaper than a wired-in system, and I can take it with me if I ever move house.
I'm using mine to power large domestic appliances and for emergency home backup, charging from 3x full size solar panels on a shed. Can also imagine taking it camping.
Easy to move around and connect up, intuitive user interface and companion app.
Battery cell quality is absolutely bulletproof - mine held 100% charge for over a week in storage while I set up my solar panels.
Also looks great and is surprisingly compact.
Easily 5 stars for customer service and product quality, highly recommended.
