Arrived on time, completed task to a good standard & husbandry standards were extremely high. Only concern is time allowed to check the full installation. The installers of our quartz worktops did a great job, and also responded to my request to change the sealant.
Our only concern is how the quartz has got stained by rust, and I'm finding it really difficult to shift it. Trying bicarb/lemon juice. Any help appreciated!

Finish is good but it took 6 attempts to get it done

We had our worktops fitted yesterday by Richard & Daniel Fernandez. Superb! Arrived on time, fitted immaculately, very clean, on top of which the guys were really polite, friendly and efficient. Totally professional, highly recommended.

After 13 weeks, 3 templates and 3 install visits - kitchen is still not finished and now refusing to return to conduct further remedial work

We purchased several quartz kitchen worktops from Sheridans via Benchmarx for our new kitchen. This included a large island with lights around the area, a kitchen sink worktop and a cupboard worktop. When the items arrived to be fitted, the Island worktop was damaged and had to be taken away to be replaced. The top arrived back and was fitted by Sheridans. It was very clear that Sheridans had not bothered to replace with a new top, but instead cut down the damaged one. When the fitters realised this, they were told by management to "Make it Fit" and in doing so warped my cupboards. However, not only have my cupboards been misaligned making my wine cupboard 0.5cm out of place, but the base legs now stick out from underneath the worktop plus the lights that I had designed and paid for would not go around the island as there was no excess on the edge anymore. On top of this, the space for my hob and extractor fan was now not central to the drawers and was out of place. I reported this back to Benchmarx who had an ordeal to get Sheridans to agree that they needed to provide us with a new top! Not only this but the sink worktop had grooves put in it, but the water drains backwards to my cupboards and onto the floor not into the sink, the level shows that the top is aligned towards the cupboards which is incorrect. Also the sink became stained instantly after one day, even though I cleaned the top with the provided cleaner, I have spoken to 3 different professionals whom have all stated that this should not happen with Quartz and that they think it probably hasnt been sealed or is just very poor quality. When this has been raised to Sheridans through Benchmarx, they stated that we had unrealistic high expectations with the water draining into the sink and that most likely our cupboards needed settling in (our cupboards had been in for over 2 months on a solid floor, and no settling in is required) and that the staining is due to us being in a hard water area! again incorrect, I have a new boiler tap with a filter. So at this point, several months in, we still have the old bad fitting broken island top, the sink top that is stained and looks years old and water draining into our cupboard and on the floor, having to still cook outside as we cant fit our hob into the island and no resolution. We have told Benchmarx to get Sheridans to rip everything out and have demanded our money back. Having looked at previous reviews, if I knew Benchmarx were using Sheridans I would have refused instantly. In fact, Sheridans are that bad that Benchmarx have sacked them off and they are now using someone else, which still doesnt help us. So if you have worked hard to save money to get your dream kitchen, dont waste thousands of pounds with this joke of a company, they will take your money and provide you with below substandard tops that are broken and then have the nerve to think that you are stupid enough to believe the lies they come out with. Shameful of you and I hope you are not trading for much longer! If I could give this company a minus star there wouldnt be enough to give them.

Brilliant service, looks fabulous

I bought a white sparkle quartz worktop through Howdens , very expensive , 2 attempted fittings the worktop was broken at the hob cut out, at the third attempt, without being informed the top came in 4 pieces with a small rail front and back of the hob stuck with silicone ,the front rail moves ,is thicker than the worktop on one side and looks really shoddy we have had to attempt to prop it to stop a lean forwards, very disappointed, completely spoils the kitchen....
