Feeling very frustrated - Sheridans supplied and fitted quartz worktops back in September and we have had a complaint logged ever since. Worktops are chipped, not sealed and furthermore have been joined with silicone instead of resin so now there are gaps on the surface. Have chased every week to get resolved and we are now end of December with only one email reply from Sheridans in the whole almost 4 month time frame which was to ask a question. Feel like we are up against a brick wall. All templating appointments were booked in v quickly so can only assume they ignore complaints. They have substantial evidence provided and now I’m not sure where to turn.

Absolutely terrible - do not use this company to fit your quartz work tops. Ours have to be removed and done again as they were not stuck down properly, wrong products used in the joints which have caused them to discolour and they are not sealed properly, meaning we are left without a sink for 4 weeks. Even their own staff said it looks like it took about 10 minutes to do. Absolute botch job, clueless company, steer clear. They have recently been bought out by Howdens. This company have completely ruined the experience of having a new kitchen.

Paid for drainer grooves, turned up with worktop without them, resin and scratches left on worktop. Trying to resolve for 2 years. Now apparently I had to pay an additional £400.00 for Sheridan's to correct their mistakes.... on going saga with IKEA.

Apollo worktop was scratched upon delivery. Care advice given summarises exactly how much upkeep this work surface requires. Sheridan did send someone out to see us. Promised a phone call within 2 working days. After 2 weeks have now been informed they will visit in new year, over a month since fitted.
Also be aware we were charged £800 plus for an additional fitting team even though only 2 men turned up. Why the £800? Fraudulent on the part of Sheridans make sure you check your invoice. Still waiting tohear from them.

Scott and Joey arrived on time. They explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. They were efficient, friendly and tidy! No mess when they left! They also explained how to look after the work top which I appreciated. The work top looks great. Thank you!

Super efficient! Worktop looks fabulous.

We purchased a Sheridan Apollo slab tech worktop through Wickes, we had the kitchen and worktop fitted ourselves and weren’t advised that if we did we wouldn’t be covered fir guarantee. 2/3 months after the worktop was fitted it cracked. Wickes won’t do anything about it because we had it fitted, and it’s not covered for workmanship. However, I object that this is workmanship. Disgusting that they offer a guarantee but you gave to jump through hoops and are continually fobbed off by Wickes.

Considerate service, adaptable when staffing was difficult. All staff took their time and care over the product templating and install.
Only issue was miscommunication between Howdens, templater and my installer. There was confusion about supports needed for overhang of worktop. An adjustment was made that seems to be working though!

The two workmen were respectful of us and our property. They worked quietly and efficiently.

The finished worktop is great and the client loves it.

The problem was the initial measurement was not accurate. The angle both sides of the cooker was incorrect so the fitters re-cut the worktop both sides to the correct angle on site. This meant the worktop was now too short both sides and had to be taken back to be remade.
It was two weeks before they returned to refit.

I did receive £100 compensation but consider this minimal for the two weeks lost.

Fitters returned 3 times as each visit the worktop didn’t fit.
Such obvious foolish measurement errors. The templater is at fault along with the people who cut the worktop.
Poor communication from fitters to the cutters. Info sent from fitters not actioned.
Company booking out three jobs all in the same slot.
Product could be lovely but not worth all the hassle. For me I regret going ahead after the first stupid mistake.

Great service and quality worktops. Service was very pain-free with the whole process being fully explained and booked in advance. Only 'mishap' we had was on installation date where the team had a particularly challenging day and didn't get to us until early evening however these things happen and once on site, they were very efficient and got the job done to a very high standard. A very pleased customer, many thanks!
