Great company to deal with even tho' order was small!
Ordererd exact number of biodegradeable turf pegs I needed (rather than a whole box of 500 or expensive packets of 10) at a great price. Delivery was very quick and items were perfectly packaged. Overall a great copmany to deal with. Would highly recommend.

The product arrived in poor condition
The product arrived in poor condition, covered in dust and with scratches on the Ego three-in-one leaf blower. It was not properly packaged upon delivery to the customer.

Unfortunately the product was damaged in transit due to fault of the courier. As a gesture of goodwill we issued an refund for the inconvenience.
Great service
Great service - and threw in some extra turf because the rolls weren't perfect. The turf is now in (during a heatwave - my bad!) but after regular watering it looks the bomb.

Laying a new lawn.
Ordering was easy. Correspondence was very good . Delivery was very good . The top soil was excellent. The turfs were of good size , the calculation on the web site was very good. The one major complaint that I have to express was the infestation of leather jackets found in the turfs in the process of laying the turfs. Having to spend extra time searching and removing them.

We are sorry to hear you experienced a problem with leatherjackets in the turf and had to allow extra time to remove them. Due to the EU banning the use of the chemical used to treat leatherjackets it is now an environmental issue. A small area in our field was effected in May this year and unfortunately this impacted your order.
We hope this won't put you off ordering from us in the future.
