Avoid at all cost
SheMed – Avoid. Overcharged, denied the dose I paid for, and refused the refund they promised.
I was already on Wegovy tablets from another provider and switched to order a Wegovy pen from SheMed. I specifically paid for a higher dose. The listed price was £79, I had a 6% discount so I paid £75.
They then told me they would not supply the higher-dose pen I had ordered and paid for. They said they would refund the difference. That refund has never arrived.
Later they claimed “the price doesn’t change,” yet their own advertising shows £55 – not the £79 they charged me. When I pushed for the refund they had already promised, they refused.
So: charged me more than the advertised price, refused to send the dose I paid for, promised a refund, then refused to pay it. Complete waste of time and money. Do not use them.

Our recrods show that you received the screening kit test and completed the services i.e. the onboarding call and the blood test. We understand that you have paid for a higher dosage, however it was confirmed before the payment that the proof of prescription must be provided and you presviously had the GLP-1 medication.
We have provided the option of the lowest dosage for your health and safety and also to follow the prescription guidelines. Our terms state that any misinformation received by a patient before issuing a prescription will lead to no refund. However as an exception, we have offered a partial refund.
If you would like to receive the refund or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us via the app.

I'm so impressed
I'm so impressed, i started on 0.25 and did ok, but asked to increase to 0.5.They review everything then either allow or decline.
On starting, they send you blood testing kit to do at home and send off before they accept you . support is always available. In 4.5 weeks i've lost 14.9lb . I'm a very happy lady, and already am in the habit of healthy eating, shopping etc. totally recommend

Lock in not clear
It wasn't clear when I signed up that I was locked in for 6 months and rhe price increased considerably for my 2nd month.

AVOID - Dont pay them a penny. Total scammers
As many others have experienced, they are quick to take your money, but I had issues with the app and them accepting evidence of verification, even though I can get a mortgage, bank loan, work in same professional job for 20 years and same house for 40! Can't proceed and they will NOT refund my money. Company not fit for purpose, AVOID. Ive since gone with Voy who are very professional and transparent.
