I'd give Zero stars if I could

Had an appalling experience with this company. They took a newish van of mine and gave me back a conversion that was unsafe and illegal. The gas, electrical and diesel heating systems all had faults - as assessed by another conversion company who judged the conversion to be "unfit for purpose" and a potential "hazard to my life".
The faults are too numerous to detail. Even the word work was of a poor standard - door fronts mis-matched, not aligned, screws missing from hinges and catches. Their piece de resistance was a gap of 2cm between the shower tray and the wall!
I trusted them with what was intended to be a once-in-a-lifetime project: I ended up with weeks of stress and no camper.
Btw they are not part of any trade association.
