I ORDERED FROM shellyespana. On December 19, I was sent an invoice for payment but the product has not arrived.
They do not respond to the mails claiming the order, in one of them they answered that the address is not correct, when in the invoice it is clearly written. What can I do?
I bought more than 30 Shelly units in this shop (the Spanish variant), and one the units, resulted in a malfunction. After speaking with Allterco (Shelly manufacturer), they told me that the Shelly was completely broken, and I should be asking for a refund or a replacement from the shop I bought it (which is this).
But this shop expects me to send them the broken Shelly, paying the full cost of delivery on my behalf, although the Shelly is 100% broken and is not my fault. It costs me more the price of the return delivery than buying a brand-new Shelly. I feel fully scammed by this shop that doesn't want to be 100% responsible for their warranty issues.
Terrible! Made the order at the 9th of April and made a bank transfer the same day. After several mails, finally got an answer on the 7th of May that they will check it. Still nothing heard on the 16th of May. Phone is not answered neither
