Had a drain blockage at rear of my house. Thought it was a simple job, however that evening was looking out my kitchen window to see awful stuff coming out of the manhole cover. Called Shell late evening on a bank holiday and they where there first thing in the morning. John and Kane did a first class job and it turned out the issue was a blocked drain a few houses down. Really professional and good feedback from the guys. Would not hesitate to recommend Shell to anybody. Very reasonable cost for the work they did. Well done John and Kane and Shell. 5 🌟 stars

Jack was absolutely brilliant, talked me through the drain survey, explained everything, put my mind at rest and even rang United Utilities for me. Can't recommend highly enough! Thank you so much!

Blocked drains are never good, but Jack, a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic young man, fixed the problem. All is working well and Jack even gave advise to deal with any future problems. Jack you are a star, keep up the good work!
