I will never use this company again…

I will never use this company again after using for the first time. We placed our order in plenty of time for the items to arrive before a holiday Holiday. We have been chasing SHEIN and also the logistics provider Relay

Relay have lost the package and informed us of this, SHEIN are not willing to do anything until next week. We have evidence package has been lost. We have asked them to Express out the delivery again. They are not willing to do this.

I try to escalate my call, they advise they cannot do anything, they wish me a good day and put the phone down on me

17/6 regarding a reply I have spoken to an associate, they have told me there is nothing they can do and they put the phone down on me. For your information, our order number is GSO17109A001RMN

Delivery has become very slow

Delivery has become very slow. Ordered my items on 10th June. It is now the 16th June and according to the tracking it hasn't even left China yet!

Delivery time & customer service stinks

There really is no point in having a discussion with a bot! Delivery time stinks, customer service stinks. I dont imagine this is a good review or place I would want to shop in the future

Missing items

I placed a large order over £200. When I opened the parcel six items were missing. Contacted customer services numerous times to get a refund and they have been no help whatsoever just saying the order was dispatched. Lost out on over £30 and Shein won't do anything about it. Terrible customer service and I won't be ordering from them again.

Absolutely horrendous.

I have ordered from SHEIN for many years and but had problems until before Christmas. I receive an order which I tried to refund and they said because I had used a discount code I wasn’t eligible for a refund even if I returned the products because it equaled less than the discount I’d received and my next order and it was all smashed and damaged bar one item, I contacted customer service and they were okay. I then waited a couple of Months to place an order as I was a bit put off. I placed my next order in April and everything was okay until I went to return 2 dresses which they said had been worn (they had not and was returned a day after I received them) so they only have a partial refund. I took this as a maybe I got deodorant or something on them and took the loss. However, this time I have ordered over 13 pairs of shoes to try for a wedding and decided to keep 1 pair however when I have gone to return them once again they have told me I have worn the shoes and won’t refund me for 10 pairs and will give me a partial refund for 2 pairs. It is safe to safely I am fuming as this is over £100 and they are not even sending the items back to me. I will not be ordering from SHEIN again and I will be boycotting. I have never known anything like it and would pay a little more and know I am a valued customer and get decent quality products as well as good customer service.

No problems

Never had a bad experience, whether it be clothing, household etc. Prices are always good and delivery usually within 7/10days.

Bought cowgirl boots. Received boots but two different sizes. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning the without no offer of compensation or replacement. Bad customer service.

Terrible experience trying to return a…

Terrible experience trying to return a dress. It’s my first purchase but it did not fit even though I ordered my normal size. I struggled with trying to follow the instructions for return as the system would not recognise my login. I have repeatedly tried and been given a number of authentication codes which when I tried to use them they were just not being accepted. There were constant error messages so I’m left with a dress I cannot return. I tried their live chat, followed all the instructions, nothing. I’m very disappointed and will not be purchasing again

They never gave my my 200+ credit back after they literally opened serveral service record cases they even responded to my last review and did absolutely nothing they are a fat scam do not buy from here all my items were damaged or wrong and after seeing proof they still refused!!!!!

Updated: After bad experience, SHEIN resolved it

Fast delivery, accurate description. The main issue was that the t shirts i ordered.

Disappointed to say it lasted no more than 2 washes. Instant fade. I do understand cheap pricing maybe not the longest lasting.

I certainly expect the colour to last longer.

Most of products I buy from SHEIN are great. Feels a shame that with more success the likes of the quality seem to always drop.

I hope customer feedback helps SHEIN return to usual great products and good quality.

I was contacted via email by a lovely support agent who did resolved my dispute and also compensated me with discount code.

Seems to have been product that actually listed for recall due to quality and mislabeling. Manufacturing error. Thank you for helping establish a solution even though it took a while.

I received an order for a few items

I received an order for a few items, which I have received although they do not fit. Went on my app which does not show this recent order. No details with the delivery to return. No invoice number, won't recognise my email, or my mobile number. So unable to return items. I have tried everything possible. Will never purchase again.
Zero customer service, awful company. £75 just wasted

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with SHEIN. The clothing advertised on the website appears stylish, well-made, and flattering, but the items I received were nothing like the pictures. The fabrics felt cheap, shapeless, and poorly constructed, making many of the garments unwearable.

The quality was far below what was advertised, and the clothes did not resemble the fit, appearance, or finish shown online. Some materials also had an unpleasant synthetic feel, which made me question their quality and comfort against the skin.

In my opinion, there is a significant gap between the products portrayed in the advertisements and the items actually delivered. I would not recommend SHEIN to anyone looking for clothing that matches the images or expectations created by their marketing.

Generally when you shop online you would return things that you don’t like or don’t fit. Shein doesn’t give you the full refund. I am very disappointed

Never shop there again

I have not received my order yet from very beginning of May. There is nowhere to make a request. It was over $89. Do anyone knows where I can go to found out where my order is. Thank you. I will never use them again. With Temu it is so simple if something is wrong with your order.

Customer service - resolution - stuck on a loop

I have not bought from Shein for quite awhile now but recently placed an order several items were fine but unfortunately with one item I should have received 2 but only received 1, the customer service is useless a continuous loop with no resolution. I have mentioned numerous times that I would like either a refund for the missing item or a replacement. But customer service says the issue is resolved and that the items were dispatched. SHEIN has gone downhill since I last shopped there. I am considering cancelling my Shein account as I have little faith in them fulfilling missing items or refunding.

SHEIN refuse to investigate my return that has gone missing. I put it in a locker, but the tracking didn’t update. SHEIN won’t investigate without this updating. In Post won’t investigate unless SHEIN contact them directly. Going round and round in circles

This company does not protect customers from their own poor quality

This company does not protect their customers in any way. They will send you dirty and stained clothes and if you return without inspecting it in detail yourself (which should not even be an expectation), you will be charged for this. It is severely disappointing and means that I will never order anything again as they clearly are trying to take advantage of their customers and can not be trusted. I would recommend others do not order through this company.

Waste of time, horrible user interface

Update: Post this review Shein have deleted my account....However I am still getting texts to confirm my identity..

Original review: Spent time finding an item which was shown to be in stock. Signed up, entered details, bought item, gave bank details, delivery address etc. Received email 2 days later stating the item was not in stock and I've been refunded. Tried to delete my account and all data held but their self closure method doesn't work.

Absolute waste of time.
