The service is great from SHEHDS together with the prices i live in the Netherlands and recently i bought a fixture and it had a fault in it and when i contacted the customer service they helped me super great by providing brand new parts and guidence videos how to install the new parts

I've purchased several lights of different kinds over the last 5 years, the quality of some lights in particular is very high, I love using the 19x15 lights they have been a staple for my events and theater. I've noticed the build quality continues to improve, especially with my last order of the new moving lights. I've seen some amazing lighting designers create magic in the theater with SHEHDS lights (the 36x18's in particular)

Whenever I have an issue or a light was broken in transit their customer agent Ava Dai always replies quickly and resolves my issue. I have told many people about SHEHDS in LA and they're all having good experiences with their lights as well. Shipping is insanely fast (sometimes only a day or two) and is free which makes it that much a better deal

There are all the typical realities that come with some of the cheaper lights that they offer, some stepping at the bottom of the curve and a slightly louder fan, but it's not an issue at all with the more premium lights, which are still a 1/3 of the cost of other brands

When it comes to bang for buck...you really can't beat them

I was in the market for a higher quality laser than the ones sold on Amazon or Ali baba and I discovered the Shehds brand. After doing some heavy due diligence, I decided to pull the trigger on the 12W Constellaser for my house rave setup. I emailed Shehds customer service directly and received a response and an invoice via PayPal. The item was shipped from CA and was provided a Fedex tracking number the same day. Customer service is one of the best I've ever received from any company. They contacted me once the package was marked delivered just to check if I was satisfied. I'm going to get another 12W Constellaser and maybe some moving heads for this summer. They look like light sabers with a tiny bit of fog. Highly recommended and trustworthy company. Hopefully the lasers hold up durability over time - and hopefully customer service is just as helpful if there were any issue down the road. John

Although I was a little apprehensive about a brand I wasn’t familiar with, I bought two SHEHDS 6x18W wireless battery-powered LED spotlights with RGBAW+UV lighting and a remote control. They arrived via DHL with excellent delivery service, and I received excellent support when an issue arose, which was subsequently resolved by Nicole from SHEHDS. The products are excellent, with top-notch performance and superb battery life. I’ll definitely be making further purchases soon.

I have ordered from them several times to Europe and the products have always arrived within 1-2 weeks! I ordered Beam 275w 10r lamps from them 2 years ago. They have been working flawlessly ever since, one of the lamps fell from a height of about 15 meters but it still works flawlessly!
Their customer service is fast, they respond the same day, and they are very helpful!
I had a lamp adjustment problem a few days ago but they sent me the video on how to adjust it that day!

The purchase of 4 pcs of LED Bee Eye Baem & amp, 6x15W RGBW 4in1 Moving Head Light from Shehds was a very pleasant surprise for me. The lights offer an excellent price-performance ratio – strong light output, nice colors, smooth movements and wide adjustment options.

I must also highlight the express shipping – the package arrived very quickly and was well packaged, so everything arrived in 100% condition.

Although there was a minor technical problem during use, thanks to excellent online support it was resolved quickly within 24 hours. Communication was professional, helpful and most importantly effective, which is not a given these days.

Selena from SHEHDS has been fab. I got in touch through Messenger to order some of the 300W 3in1 GalaxyJet moving head fixtures. Selena was very responsive and prompt, and provided great customer service. The fixtures were shipped from the UK and arrived in good time. Unfortunately, upon arrival, one of the fixtures had a problem with the LED. I got in touch with customer service who sent a replacement out to me straight away. I’m pleased with the fixture and it’s features, especially for the price point. It looks promising and I can’t wait to use it for some gigs. Overall, I’ve had a good experience with SHEHDS and would use them again.

Shipping is slow. Website says 5-6 days. I’m being told not made yet and 15-20 days to arrive WHEN it ships.

I am a 40 year+ DJ and was looking for some inexpensive but reliable lighting fixtures for rebuilding my setup. I have used many types of lights from many manufactures and have a good idea of what things cost. So after doing some research and watching some reviews on YouTube I discovered Shehds and decided to give them a try. They were reasonably priced and had all the features that I was looking for. I did have an issue with one of my 14 fixtures and their customer support was super helpful and provided the parts to fix the light at no charge and quickly. I am looking forward to adding more fixtures to my setup from Shehds as they have exceeded my expectations.
