I'm working overseas presently and ordered a military folding knife, as I feel lost without the one I had for 25 yrs, Big mistake.
Ordered in August, and it is now November.
I've messaged them and got very little back,
A couple of weeks ago I emailed them and asked if it was likely to be dispatched and if not, then could I have a refund.
I got a reply stating that they would refund me and yet again nothing has materialised.
I've had to start a PayPal dispute in the meantime.

great company the 10" bowie knife blank i ordered is beautiful it will be used for bushcraft when i get time to put handle on when you order some time you have to wait so they can make it but you wouldn't be disappointed

I ordered a knife blank. The quality is very good and the service was quick. But the cost of the actual item was £42.50 and by the time P&P and all the unexpected extras had been added in I ended up with an invoice of nearly £68. Terms and conditions clearly state that VAT is included in the price of all products in the UK. This is not the case - VAT is charged on top of the price shown on the website. Terms and conditions also state that prices include a charge for ID checks. Again, not the case - £2 was charged separately for the ID check and attracted VAT of 40p - and I was still asked for a copy of driving licence or passport. By the time VAT had been added to the P&P, it came to over £14. I have no issues with the product, but the pricing could be made clearer.

Placed an order for quite a few of their knives, with some small custom features added. Had been in touch by phone a few times to check progress, as there's presently a long delay from order date to delivery.
Last time I phoned I was told that there was no record of my order having been placed and it was not in the queue!
Amateur level of customer service.

I bought a FS commando dagger a while ago, the knife is excellent, I would recommend this company to anyone, service was polite and efficient, the price really is extrodenery for a well known classic like the FS dagger you get a lot for your money, there's a lot of metal in this knife, beautifully finished wickedly sharp, 2nd pattern so steel handle enough weight to use the butt of the handle should you need if you were military personnel, I'm just a collector so its academic to me. It comes with a genuine leather sheath I opted for the leg sheath as I considered it more authentic. Personally I am very glad this company is still hear in Sheffield making these legendary products as part of our heritage.

Ordered MOD knife and received my order very quickly! Recommended.
