I ordered the 2 inch square labels to use on my organic lip balms. The labels themselves were exactly what I asked for- the color, the font, and the positioning of the logo on the label was perfect for rolling these onto lip balm tubes.

Horrible customer service!
First of all, the labels we ordered were late, which normally would've have been an issue but I mention this solely because if they want clients to uphold their agreement then they need to uphold it themselves. Second of all, the labels they gave me were indicative of a dirty print head as the colors were muted and muddy, and my purple logo was turned magenta! When I went to get this corrected they offered me 50% off my next order as their "solution" citing that they were not responsible for color discrepancies. If the colors were slightly off, I might agree, but they weren't. And who in their right mind would throw more money at this company when they do not correct an issue that was easily avoidable on their end? What guarantee would I have that you would still not give me an unusable product? If they work for you, great, but I honestly cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you want to put money into something that may yield you the results you want, you are better off going to a casino.

Not very good at customer service. Seems like they like money more than valued returning customers. I recently ordered some labels that were poorly made due to lack of readability and bleed area. Company wasnt very clear on what type of files needed to be uploaded, didnt want to issue a refund nor did they want to reprint for free like most other companies do, and also a major LACK of customer service? Also needed them to ship out earlier for an event which didnt arrive on time and they wont answer the phone if they are near the end of the day.

We've used sheet-labels for more than a decade and their quality and service have always been first class.
