I was looking at Mother's Day cards on Google and saw what looked like some amazing 3D bouquet cards. On the website, all over the product page, there were multiple claims that this 100% shipped from a UK warehouse, so I bought a couple of cards - literally as soon as the checkout process finished a message flashed up that actually they would not be shipping from the UK but Europe. Oh.
I knew there was no way the cards would reach me in time so I immediately sent a support message asking to cancel the order - again, all over the support page they have notices guaranteeing they'll get back to you within 24 hours. No response. Next thing I know the cards have shipped, a few days later - check the tracking from 'Europe' and? Of course, they're shipping out of China.
They took weeks to arrive, and when they did were not the cards in the photos, but very obvious cheap knock-offs - the print quality was so blurry I actually think they pulled out sections of the card to imitate/print from the photos they used on the product page, so the blossoms looked odd and squashed too (as in the pics the cards are standing up in their 3d arrangement, not flat as they would be printed).
This wasn't even the last deception though - then a week or so after they arrived I received a charge on my account that I never approved. Obviously they will claim people sign up to some service, which is ludicrous as I never received any notification about any subscription or how to cancel it etc - and even if one wanted to cancel it, how? They don't respond to a single support message. All you can do is cancel your bank card.
TL;DR - Location? Lie. Support? Lie. Product? Fake. Charges? Fraud/scam.
Everything about this site is a lie and a scam. Do not use. (Also watch out for 'Sheer Vogues' as well as 'Sheer Trends' - it comes up under payments as the former.)

I bought a smart watch from them.could not open USB charger.Tried to call to customer service-looks like phone is not in use...no answer on my emails too. Unfortunatelly I read reviews very late about bank cards.I had the same-someone wanted to transfer 23£ from my credit card account at night.Good that my bank asked to confirm that.But card had to be cancelled.

Bought a security camera and instructions do not relate to the item. Have sent 4 emails asking for assistance, 2 tickets raised but no one gets back to you within the 24 hours or at all. DO NOT USE THISCOMPANY! Would be zero out of five if I could.

ORDERED A MOTHERS DAY CARD, ARIVED TOO LATE FOR MOTHERS DAY. THE CARD WAS ALSO VERY BENT AND BATTERED WITH NO DECENT PACKAGING TO PREVENT BENDING.

TRIED EMAILING SEVERAL TIMES AND NO RESPONSE. I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SHOP WITH A RELIABLE RETAILER IF YOU WANT YOUR CARDS ONTIME AND NOT DAMAGED.

Unfortunately, all the negative reviews are true. Do not use this company. Item was sent to me from the US and I was charged extra fees. Item arrived and it was well bellow expectations. Then, 2 weeks after that my card was used for a transaction in the US at a pet store (I don't even have a pet). Had to cancel my credit card.

Scam site, they took three suspended payments when I purchased, this is the same as when you pay in installments, this means at any time in the future they can take any sum three times, so difficult to track them withdrawing money from bank/ card, had to inform bank and cancel card total SCAM.

I purchased 3 gps trackers not realising the needed SIM cards rang helpline to return but not giving returns address keep calling same thing it’s a scam now they are taking more money from my account
Without known consent I’ve had to get the fraudulent department of bank involved.. please do not purchase from this website it’s not in the UK it’s based in China..

Ordered two GPS Trackers, not as described. Enclosed instructions were hopeless. Requested refund as advertised on their website, they offered 40% refund and a £25 voucher to spend on their website. I declined this offer and they are now not responding to any further request for a refund. Complete waste of time and money.

AVOID AVOID!! Do not under any circumstances deal with this company I purchased a cholesterol tester it was crap and that’s the best thing I can say about it. They purport to be a UK company but they are not, the goods supposedly come from their UK warehouse but they don’t it’s cheap crap from China. Now I’m having the hassle of trying to get my money back which I guess is not going to happen. At the time of purchase you are automatically signed up to their loyalty scheme this will be taken from your credit card monthly the only way to deal with this is to cancel your card. Please read this review and all the others reporting similar issues. I reviewed the product before buying not the company. In hindsight those reviews must be fake. Whoever runs this company is dishonest and criminal.

This company is a scam. They are thieves they steal your money. AVOID, AVOID,AVOID!!
They take money for your goods. Then later take money for no reason at all with no explanation or email to say why
THEY are not uk based, they lie. Orders come from abroad. A transaction fee is added on to every item you order. Please do not order from this sham of a company

Only ordered as the sure said UK based, only to realise after ordering the item is shipped from overseas, and also they pre-ticked box for some ridiculous membership. I have requested cancellation of my membership since February twice in email and twice over the phone, yet the membership fee has been attempted to be taken, the second time successfully. Cancel the membership immediately and confirm via email, and refund the money taken today.

I recently got the 2X Portable Car Heater, and I've been pleasantly delighted by its performance. Despite its modest size, it delivers a punch when it comes to heating my car on frigid mornings. Please, please, please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Everything that has been stated in other reviews has happened to me. They do not use a UK warehouse, you get an email saying it has to be delivered from China. I did get my product but a month later I’ve had money taken from my account which I have been told by my credit card company is a subscription……. For what, who knows??? Had to get card blocked and replacement on way. Have emailed them to get my money refunded but don’t hold out much hope. They need to be stopped, now. How on earth are they allowed to get away with this.

BEWARE!!!!! - on purchasing on this website, there is a PRE-TICKED box at checkout signing you up for a monthly subscription to a VIP Club @ $24.99 a month. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL if purchasing. It also looks like goods will be delivered directly from the UK, but after checkout, I was advised that shipping was now from overseas due to stock issues, at which stage it was too late to alter, therefore do not trust any delivery times stated. I will definitely not buy from here again.

Placed an order 7/3 and received confirmation of order and payment taken, next day received a parcel dispatched email, then following day email stating delay with order due to demand?!! So not yet dispatched.
Then email next day stating tracking number being sent it never arrived then an out for delivery email but no tracking number yet received, requested this now 3 times but not sent and guess what no parcel either.

Update on my previous review of Sheer Trends also known as Sheer Vogue. Not only have I not received a refund for my faulty goods but I now discover the company have taken regular payments out of my account for the past 2 months. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
