Returning the slippers that were too small and getting a new pair was quick and easy. My husband loves these Sheepskin Rubber Sole Deck Slippers. They are warm, comfortable, give more support than what he has tried before, and they look like they will last longer than others.

My Mouton sheepskin hat is nice and fits well. The quality is nice.. I had a good experience dealing with Sheepskin Town.

I had an old pair of shearling mittens that were pretty warm, but not really made that well. I blew a hole in them during the cold weather this winter. (Obviously I needed a new pair because it’s been subzero with the wind chills where we live). I found this website and ordered a pair of mittens. I needed a little help with customer service at one point and they were very prompt and friendly. The mittens arrived quickly and I got to wear them outside today. They are not only beautiful and well-made, but they are deliciously warm and socks inside. I would highly recommend Sheepskin Town mittens!!

Wow! What a great product! I got the Quattro golden mist rug and it has the best thickest pile. Soft feels awesome on the skin great price and worth every penny. For snuggling on the couch nothing better. Shipping was incredible ordered on Wednesday was here by Saturday. GREAT COMPANY!

I bought the black leather women's mitts. As others have noted, the customer service is very good and the products are beautifully made. But I'm still very disappointed, because the rolled cuff on these mitts means they are too wide to tuck under my sleeves, and too narrow to go over. So I can't get them properly on my hand and it's hard to do anything in them, even get a good grip on a snow shovel. I'm honestly not sure how I can make them work.

I own to two other sheepskin rugs which are nice rugs are made of they are beautiful but the the quality the finest of of the of the fur on the right I I just got from sheepstown is definitely Superior good people to deal with I'm more than than received value for what I paid

Their customer service is top notch. They had trouble moving the package through customs due to new requirements (Canada delivering to USA) . They were responsive to my emails and concerns throughout the process. They kept me updated and informed throughout. The package arrived today, everything was packed with care and looks beautiful. 100% worth it:)

These people are liars. Perhaps frauds. I ordered 2 genuine sheepskin rugs that were supposedly in stock. I paid in full and did not receive a confirmation email. So the next day I wrote to them and received what seemed like a legit response. It said that my order was received and would ship later that day, and also in a couple hours I would receive a tracking number. Nope...it never came. So 2 days later I asked what is going on. They sent the exact same response as 2 days prior (word for word). So I went to my credit card online and reversed the charges. Something is very off about this business. BEWARE!

Their Customer Service department is phenomenal! They return emails within 24hrs and don’t shy away or dance around the bush! I love that!!! Very informative & knowledgeable replies give you pause to stop and think regarding a decision. I truly respect them as a group and individuals and wish more companies had the “Customer Service” Sheepskin Town has. They are AWESOME!

Softest, most comfortable and beautiful...I also got the best service. I am so happy that I chose Sheeptown. Their product is far above any competitors. I've tried them. This is a real pelt. Stunningly dyed and is fantastic on my motorcycle. Got one for the couch too. Backed by great customer service. I needed to exchange one due to color was a little too white, it was no problem, and I'm so happy with my final results. You will love these. The pink lambskin rug is really the most beautiful thing I have seen in a very long time. The shipping and packaging from Sheepskintown were phenomenonal. And the price was amazing, the quality is unsurpassed. Ordering online can be "iffy," but I would be confident ordering anything from Sheepskintown, knowing it would be perfect. I'm not sure how to sufficiently express my thanks to Sheepskintown for providing exactly what I hoped for so quickly.
