Made me my experience great I miss spell my address. They were able to relocate it and send it to me. I need a return and exchange they sent to me a size bigger the texture of the fabric is breedable. I just couldn’t fit on the size I order but other than that the quality is great

After seeing the SheCurve bras advertised on social, I finally decided to take a chance and order one. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they were and how well they fit me that I went and ordered more. Their bras are so soft and supportive but do not feel binding in any way. Very happy with my purchase. Their quality is only surpassed by their customer service. When I got my last shipment I I realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong size on one of them and sent them an email. Quickly they resolved my issue and issued a replacement. I appreciate good customer service and they have surpassed my expectations. Great job SheCurve!

I ordered a 36DD, but they sent me a 36E. It was way too big for me. My issue is that you can’t return the bras. They gave me one replacement and a $10 credit. After I asked for a full replacement, they offered a $15 credit instead. In my opinion, you should be able to return your items or receive a full refund if they don’t fit. They told me, “As an act of good faith, we will give you a $15 credit,” which didn’t feel very nice. They also took forever to reply, and I had to follow up multiple times.
Overall, I won’t be buying anything from them again.

Very close to 5 stars, except for the low stock... a few of my color selections weren't available. Also, the sizing runs just a bit large on the underband, even though I measured myself and followed their size chart. Otherwise, the material is great... really like the stretchy fit of the Jelly bras! Very comfortable and a bonus to have wide detachable straps. Also, customer service was very helpful with replacing some to a smaller size. Good price point... I'm glad I gave them a try!

Terrible communication. Website says items ship within 3 days. Waited ten days then emailed since phones dont work. Never recieved a reply. Emailed again nothing. Only AFTER I did a charge back did they email and say cancel the charge back we will ship your stuff. Buyer beware.

While the bra wasn't really what I expected, the customer service rep was incredibly helpful. They told me to keep the bra or gift it to someone and sent me a smaller size to see if it works better. Haven't received that yet but hoping it's better. I appreciate the rapid and kind response.

I wanted to send the items back for a refund and kept getting harassed to take a replacement and credit. In the end I still was not able to get my refund and had to accept their solution. False advertising! Very unhappy with your company!

I accidentally bought the wrong variation of a bathing suit. Customer service was quick to respond (next day) and within a couple days I have a store credit to buy the one I wanted! I will be leaving a review of the product!

I appreciate the back and forth with customer service about my need for a return. I wasn't aware that these shipments and products came from a different country. The products do not fit at all and i was told to keep them and I would get a voucher to order something else. Its a nice gesture but I am still basically throwing money away since they don't fit. AND then I have to spend more money (even with the voucher discount) to get something else hoping it will fit?! Not the best option bit its seems is the only option. Or I pay a large amount for shipment back. Most likely I will not be ordering a new item. Because I'm afraid it will not fit and I will be in the same situation as I am in now. And, honestly, From some of the review I read the sizing chart is not very accurate to you measurements. So the chances are getting the wrong size again is likely. The only decent thing about this experience was the customer service rep responded back and forth to me quickly.

I am very happy with the front closure mesh support bra. It is comfortable, light, and gives good support. It is perfect under my v-neck tops. SheCurve also has good customer service. They were responsive to my questions and needs. My only wish is that this bra came in a wider variety of colors. Hopefully they will expand the options soon!

SheCurve was very understanding of my preferences and offered a partial refund, in the way of store credit, and I got to keep the items that didn't quite meet my needs. I gave them to a friend to try. I'm excited to try some of their different styles and find what fits me best in the way of a no underwire bra.

Buyer beware! This is a China company so they discourage returns and instead offer anywhere from 2/3 to half of what you paid in exchange for keeping the product. This is a scam. If a product doesn’t fit well I don’t need to keep it, it has no value to me. So basically you lose half of what you paid for a product you don’t want. I went back and forth with them until they finally admitted they were in Hong Kong and the return would cost over $30 which is why they discourage returns. After approximately five+ emails going back and forth they finally offered me half of what I paid. I don’t recommend doing business with these folks. The product is not great in my opinion. The bras did not at all offer the support shown in pictures. They’re soft and if they did support they’d be comfortable, I suppose. All in all a bad experience and I feel scammed.
Just reading through the company’s responses to low rating reviews and if you read them carefully they all say the same thing almost verbatim. Plus it looks like it was written by AI. Another example of how little they care about their customers. Yuck!

I ordered the end of April, was sent a notification that my parcel was out for delivery, after 2 and half weeks, and no parcel, I contacted them, they said it was on back order, but I could choose an alternative or a refund. The same items were not marked on back order or out of stock on their site so I chose a refund, they emailed saying refund was processed and would take 3 to 5 days. After another 2 weeks with no refund, I emailed back, she said it was processed and it was up to my bank, I asked for proof, she said the accounting team said it was done,and that it was up to my bank again, but magically over night, another day later, my refund was finally processed. Not a trustworthy site in my opinion.
