The communication, courtesy and competence is great. Obviously you do pay for that. Day rate for 1 person, 7 hrs was over £700 just for labour. Not an emergency job, it was booked in. I'm very happy the fault is fixed now, and all certification and the EICR was received. Great company, I just wish it didn't cost so much for a 1 day job. I know there is more to running a business than the labour costs, and I am pleased the job is now fixed, for me and my tenants. Neat and tidy too.

Very helpful initial communication from the office and reassuringly professional throughout. Everything worked to plan and to time. It was a straight forward job putting up smoke/heat alarms plus a testing button but it was done with extreme care so that the sensors were positioned exactly where they were wanted. Thank you Josh. Very good service from start to finish by SheaWorks Ltd. We've had a ceiling light and extractor hood replaced in the kitchen. The engineer attending was polite and simply got on with the job within the time slot agreed. Old extractor hood was taken away for disposal.
