I ordered the yellow peeling oil. The process was very easy. I will be ordering a few more items from them since I’m on a skin lightening journey. The oil is Magic! The hyperpigmentation on my body has cleared up. I applied the oil 4 days in a row, (without showering) I take sponge baths; And by day 5 I started peeling!!! Amazing results!! I’m a new HAPPY customer.

Did not ship order. No response to emails
Ordered over a week ago. Didn’t even get a confirmation email. Still haven’t shipped. No reply to Facebook message or emails. Spent over £150 and nothing received. Having to contact my bank to get a refund. Would definitely steer clear.
UPDATE: My facebook message is still unread but yes you have replied my email today the 22nd for something i ordered on the 15th. As far as I’m concerned no professional company should collect payments if an item is out of stock. Its dishonest. You cannot expect every customer to see a small print of inventory discrepancies. At worst, you should send confirmation emails immediately after the order to highlight to customers about this weird method of shipping out products. Should not take you a week.
I stand by my statements as I HAD contacted my bank before your influx of replies. The service has definitely left a bad taste in my own mouth and that’s all i can say.
I would recommend just shutting of payments for Sold Out items so this does not happen to another person.

You ordered our Kojic Acid Dipalmitate on the 15th of February, despite a notification on the product page showing it was out of stock with an expected delivery date. You received a reminder email on the 21st February to advise on whether you'd like a replacement, a refund or whether you'd like to wait ahead until our re-stock date.
Regarding your statement of "No reply to Facebook message or emails." We have not received any email or a message from yourself. All emails are generally responded to within hours or minutes. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide exceptional customer service and the highest quality products that meet the needs of our clients. We certainly do not appreciate publicizing false and inaccurate statements.
Regarding your last statement "Having to contact my bank to get a refund". You have not had to contact your bank, because a refund was issued within minutes of your request. This is again a false statement.
We advise that you revise the inaccuracies in your comments.

A fantastic company with fantastic products !! The ladies I deal with always offer friendly professional service.
I always get my products on time and the products themselves are absolutely amazing and work. I’ve been using for years and am so impressed with results that I now bulk buy and sell as an individual retailer.
I was recently lucky enough to try there peel. Let me tell you I’ve tried a lot of peels from different companies and this one. Hands down is the best I’ve ever used and is now the only peel I will be using for dark marks !!
If I could give them a higher rating I would !!
