Great quality shirts and excellent customer service. They helped make an exchange and return super easy.

This isn't a real shop. When you make an order they take your money but you never get your item. When you email them your emails don't get delivered. BEWARE!!!!!

Love the t-shirt I ordered from this company. When I had issue with size, they responded quickly and rectified the order. I would buy from them again. Quick responses and great integrity about their product.

This isn't a 'small family company' it's a factory in China. They make an excuse of the warehouse being reorganized to explain for the delay in delivery and returns are all but impossible because of the 'expensive shipping fee to China'. You may be lucky and get quality items- two of mine were acceptable, but the third absolutely not, but I personally would not take the risk again.

My order didn’t show for some reason and I contacted shawncraft. They were very helpful and replied each time I contacted and eventually the order was found. The T-shirt arrived and I am very happy with a fabulous T-shirt with a cat cooking. Thank you. Trustworthy company from my experience.

I loved the design and quality of my tshirt. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and I was very impressed that they were able to send me a smaller tshirt without further charge - this is excellent customer service. I would definitely buy from them again.

Super happy with my tee shirts. Nice quality,slightly different sizing,but, two different tee shirt suppliers. Customer service replied very quickly to my query as to delivery time being delayed due to refurbishment. Will definitely buy from them again. Overall very satisfied...Would have been 5 star but for the wait

Order placed on 18.02.2026. Only in the order confirmation email do they write that the order will be shipped after 28.02 because they are reorganising the warehouse and that I can cancel the order if I want. I wrote to customer service saying that I needed to be sure that I would receive it by 18 March. They replied but never gave me confirmation and offered me a 10% discount on my next order. I wrote again asking them to send it by express delivery instead. On 22 February, they wrote, “Hello, we have urged the logistics company to speed up the delivery of the package,” but on 2 March, they told me that they had not yet shipped it. I asked for the order to be cancelled and for an immediate refund. Let's see how it turns out!

Update: they canceled the order and refunded me. Happy end, but that always caused me troubles. Fortunately I could find on an other website an alternative for the father's day present delivered on time.

Good product material. Good imagery on shirts. Also fast responses regarding changing product after receipt. I made an error in ordering and the representative , Shawn, satisfactorily resolved it in a timely and easy manner.

I received the item in a timely manner. The T-shirt has a flaw on it, so I emailed the business. They are going to replace it and have also said it should ship ASAP. I was asked to please email in 2 days so I can get a tracking #. I am so pleased with the quick response! Thank you!
